Just okay

There weren't many Believe it or Not moments here. It was just okay. I wouldn't visit again. It was more like a combination of oddities and optical illusions.

Let's face it, you know what you're doing. You know what you're paying for. Half the hands-on activities don't work, and there's nothing in here that you can't see in a book. If you have someone in a stroller or wheelchair, you miss 1/3 of the museum unless you carry them down stairs. Can you kill an hour or two?... More

My wife and I came to Gatlinburg for her brithday, and this was one of the places we visited. It was awesome, and all the exhibits were really neat to look at. This place is great for couples that are on dates or people that have familes too! All of ripleys staff is friendly as well. We will definitely be... More

I came here with a group of 25 year olds, and some of the exhibits were compelling but most were just weird (which I guess we should have expected?). We did end up having more fun with the exhibits near the end for sure. Would be a good rainy day activity, and honestly, I'm not sure how it compares to... More

My boyfriend wanted to go badly, and there was interesting stuff, but nothing super remarkable. It's more a museum than anything, and I'm not that into museums. He liked it, but wasn't super excited about it either. Took much longer than we thought because there was so much (with so much reading involved!) Maybe a one-time see and never again...

When I was a child, this was my all time favorite attraction to see. Since it burned back in the early 90's, they lost all of their original pieces. There are new and interesting items there now, but I liked the old better. It was fun but I guess that I was expecting more.

It was very entertaining to learn about Ripley and see all of his amazing discoveries. They actually have a projection of Mr. Ripley that I enjoyed.
