The place is really nice inside , very clean . Pizza is okay not worth the price 13 for a reg . The games is side are fun , looking at spending 20 bucks for 100 gold , each game is between 4 gold to 12 gold per game , prizes stink ! Have to spend hundreds of dollars to... More

The game room is a nice place. We frequent it often. The prices for the games are outrageous of course being in a resort town. So dropping $50 takes about 15 minutes. The points that you accumulate add up to basically $1.00 toys until you reach hundreds or thousands of them and unload the card all at once. The pizza... More

My kids were bored stiff. There aren't enough games for little ones to play. And the ones they did enjoy( Milk Jug and the clown game) didn't work properly. There seemed to be mostly "Get rich quick" games and claw machines and not enough game that actually require playing. We blew $20 and left. There's many better options in Pigeon... More

Lots of games to play. Variety of styles of games. Cards were convenient to use. Kept them the duration of our trip and reloaded as necessary. Too bad we had a little gold, (Coins) left on the cards. Cashing in tickets is like overpriced junk.

I strongly recommend going to this arcade versus the others in the area. There is quite a lot of other arcades and they are similar in nature however what makes Arcadia great is how easy and much more fair and fun the games are. Arcadia is like any other arcade and obviously has rigged games, however if you want the... More

We loved this place. My husband and son are game junkies and I even loved a few games. Racing games were personable and the card and ticket count is electronic and carefree. Would reccomend.

We stayed in Gatlinburg a few nights to visit the National Park. Are only time in the busy downtown shopping district was going to and from our cabin to the park. Every day the kids asked to could go to this arcade. I'm so glad we finally did. It was not crowded, it was cool, clean and a blast. The... More

Took my 10 year old here to play while we waited for a show. The kiosk that dispenses cards took my money and failed to give us a card. When I tried to get my money back or a card, the attendant (Space Needle employees) insisted that my credit card had not been charged. I pulled up my online banking... More
