Best way to travel around and see everything. The trollies even run to Pigeon Forge. This is a great way to avoid expensive parking amounts and to enjoy looking around without having to watch the traffic. Relax and enjoy the ride.

They need to add a few more trolleys to their routes so visitors don't have to wait so long only to be packed like sardines for the 10 minute average ride while standing. That's the only bad aspect of the service.

Trolley runs frequently for only $.50 per trip. There are many trips dailey and many stopping points in Gatlenberg.

Needs some imporvements on the time it runs, we had to wait a long time to get the trolley. The price is good but needs to add more trolleys to make it easier. Not sure if I would use it again, It was easier just taking the car and parking in back walking to heart of the town.

Used this a few years ago when staying up the hill from main street. Cheap and extremely handy for getting around, it calls at a lot of hotels.

Lots of unique shops with more of a local flair then the stuff you'll find in town. Leave your wallet behind or you will spend money.

If you are not a serious hiker and still like to see a lot, use the trolley. A day pass gets you the use of it all day for $2. Otherwise, it is fifty cents each use. The routes take you anywhere within the city you need to go. Including our hotel. There is also an App that you can... More

This is the best way to get around the Gatlinburg area. We parked in the Visitor's Center free parking lot 3 minutes outside of Gatlinburg. There are five different trolly lines. The purple takes you from there into town. We got off at the Mass Transit where they all go so you can switch to another trolly to go where... More

We used this to get to town from our hotel......they have a lot of different locations they pick up from and drop off at......but you have to be patient because sometimes the wait is over 30 min. Make sure you know which trolley to use since they are colored coded for different destinations.

For 50¢, these are the easiest way to get around Gatlinburg, if you don't mind waiting for the trolley on an unknown schedule. We had to wait about a half hour, in the sun, on an unusually hot day. This sounds bad, but parking is so limited in Gatlinburg, and, at 66 years old, and two arthritic knees, I far... More
