This is a convention center, but it has two life-size, real-looking bears in the lobby where tourists can come. One is on all-fours and the other is standing up. These make great selfie photo opportunities.

This was our first time in Gatlinburg, and first time in the Convention Center. It's centrally located, plenty of parking available, and very capably able to handle a conference. Break out rooms were easily attainable, seating, lighting, clean, large restrooms, and a helpful staff made it an excellent experience.

We visited the twice yearly craft show, and really enjoyed seeing the large variety of hand made products.the vendors were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We bought a beautiful hand made wooden bowl, a hand made musical instrument called a psaltery, and some organic soup mixes. The vendors were a pleasure to deal with. There was even country western entertainers who... More

My wife and your grandchildren visited the Gatlinburg Craftsman Show held at the Gatlinburg Convention Center while on vacation in the area. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the show that had many craftsman and a wide variety of crafts. We really enjoyed ourselves even making a couple of purchase. The vendors were absolutely pleasant to speak with... More

We book our convention here every year. Missy is their best assett and they should give her a raise! She is the event manager and always goes above and beyond to make things run smoothly. I cannot say enough about her level of excellence. She makes things less stressful and is so proffessional.

We were at the Carolina Youth Camp which was held at the Gatlinburg Convention Center. The convention center is a beautiful place to hold events and the staff were great! We had over 1,000 teens there, but they went above and beyond to make our Youth Camp a great experience!
