It was always clean and the life guards were very firm about safety. We were happy to bring the grandchildren here for the week, the 3 year old loved the hot tub area and the 2 year old spent most of his time in the little pool on the slides. We also rode the tubes in the lazy river every... More

We did not have any children with us but, we had a great time. We were given weeklong passes for going on the timeshare tour. We went twice to rest in the lazy river and rest in the hot tub. Both times, there were very few people in the building. It is not a huge water park so I imagine,... More

We stayed in the resort and took our daughter and grand daughter to the water park. The GREAT thing about this water park is that no matter the weather outside, the park is opened because of the retractable roof. The lazy river is relaxing and fun at the sometime. They have 2 big water slides. Fun for little ones too.

My toddler enjoy it for few hours but I will not recommend it if you have kids 10 and above although there are two water slides for them. Also the smell of the chlorine was too much near the entrance. Little ones will enjoy because the pools are mostly 3ft and there is a lazy river.

We love visiting Wild Bear Falls. The staff are great. We celebrated a birthday there & loved it! Love the accessibility of the entire space for those with kids of various ages.

We have long wondered about Westgate Resort in Gatlinburg and the water park there after seeing it many times in advertisements. When we were approached about doing a tour of the time share there we actually went because we wanted to know more about it, not just to get the free gifts. We thoroughly enjoyed the presentation of the resort... More

During a recent trip to the Smokies, we visited this indoor water park for the first time. The staff was very friendly and the park was not crowded. We parked right at the door and spent a very enjoyable half day there.

so many different things - even my adult kids love it and the decor is wonderful!! tons of things for small children as well. The only thing is that "off season the hours are only 11am-7pm :( with it being indoors, you would think it would be later, even in the off season

Lots of water features for both kids and adults to enjoy. Towels and changing area provided with showers. I loved the hot tubs. The big water slides were a little much for me but I had to ride them with my kid, lol. It rained while we were indoors and we just kept on swimming! It was pricey but I... More
