Spent a week at the west gate resort during peak season, but pleasantly surprised that the water park was never over crowded. Plenty to do for all ages, included water slides for adults and kids over 42 inches. A little disappointed that parts of the park closed each day we visited for various reasons, but felt it was for the... More

In 2015 i reviewed this water park and the lack of fixing the things at the kids play area with the big bucket that needed fixed for at least 2 years straight. Well i revisited again August 2016 and to my surprise there were some thing's fixed, but there were still something's broke on the kids play area, same things... More

Westgate is a beautiful place. We couldn't afford to stay at the resort but thankfully the water park was accessible to the public. Family spent about 3 hours swimming and splashing. My 10 yr old son rode his 1st water slide (over and over) and can't wait to go back. Main pool was nice temperature and clean with little coves... More

We really enjoyed our visit to the water park at Westgate in Gatlinburg. While it was raining on the outside we were enjoying ourselves on the inside. I took part in the water aerobics with April and Erin. They were very professional and courteous. We really had a great time this past week up there. April and Erin gave us... More

A great place for kids. A large lazy river. Nice hot tub and a large pool. It also has a tall slide, where you slide down on a tube. It has a Smokey Bear theme.

Great place for the whole family. Slides and moving water for the kids. Lazy river and hot tub for the grown-ups. Indoor and outdoor pool. Showers and change rooms. Great food and drinks available if you forgot to bring your own. Guards are friendly but always put safety first. Always open unless thunder/lightening is happening.

Life guards walk around and don't bother saying anything. Lazy river is boring for small kids. People put in double tubes from water slide and jam up everything. The Slide without using tube moved pretty quick. If I had to pay I would definitely pass.

Having stayed at the resort, one would assume this is part of your resort stay but it is not, and you have to pay extra per day you want to use it. Waterpark was fun for my son and of course all things water, he's in and begging to go back, but it was always packed, a bit small for... More
