We went during a rainy day so some of the attractions were closed. Wish they offered a rainy day discount since you can't enjoy some of the activities, like their coaster, our to the weather and it is quite expensive. The views are amazing and the treetop walk was very fun.

It was nice change of pace from downtown area and to see one time. Overpriced, though, would not pay to re-visit. Too many other places in area to visit this more than once.

OH MY GOSH! THIS PLACE WAS SO FUN. The views were stunning. I rode the ski lift up to Anakeesta probably 10 times. The mountain roller coaster was a blast. I wish there was a coffee shop (maybe there was) But other than that I really thought this place was overall so pretty and a really fun time. We also saw tons of bears on the ski lift and by the resort.

Christmas lights were awesome and would have been better if it was not so cold but it was winter so there you go. All in all we had a great trip to Firefly village. Lights were spectacular and so picturesque!!

Was there in April 2020 and returned in October. My husband and I went up. It was a little windy, but not terribly windy. There was nothing to do but walk around. They closed the bridge, which I wanted to walk across. Most seating chairs were not accessible, (to windy) they said. The walking bridge was not swaying or looking unsafe. IT WASN’T TO WINDY TO TAKE US UP THERE AND TAKE OUR MONEY. NO REFUNDS AND NO PASS TO RETURN ANOTHER TIME. Started to rain so we set in one of there eateries to spend more money. Rain stopped, it was a huge disappointment. I felt we deserved a refund.

We love Anakeesta - so much so that after our first visit, we converted our single day pass to an annual pass. We enjoy the beautiful views, amazing flowers and gardens. We love that there are lots of seating areas where you can just sit and relax and enjoy the views.
My only complaint is that I wish it was more ADA accessible - we tried to take my mother who was in a wheelchair a couple of years ago. Getting her into the chondola cabin was difficult - the ridge rambler is not wheelchair friendly - and we could not get her up to the Vista area to see the beautiful flowers and landscaping. It has been improved somewhat but still could be better.

If it wasn’t for having to wait in the long line, even while having pre-bought tickets, it would have changed the whole experience. It was a circus, like Disney World - but it’s NOT Disney World, so there should have been no excuse for the line! Crazy! Made our experience on top of the mountain lacking in excitement. We were so ready to get the heck out of there, we gave ourselves a time limit to stay and then leave. I’ll never again go to Gatlinburg or Anakeesta.

I absolutely love Anakeesta. It's my favorite place to go when visiting from Indiana. I have been there 5 times since they opened. The ride up in the chairs is so much fun. Not afraid of heights so i felt comfortable. The entire village is so excited. I love the tree walk too. I will be visiting again in the spring.
