Great & fresh fudge variety friendly & patient staff, very clean and throw in a few fun gift items! A small in size shop but big in all that it offers!

Typical fudge shop. This place is fairly small located down inside Grand marais. They have a fairly nice variety of fudge and other candies. Expect to wait in line, there’s one person working in the building. Fudge is exactly as it is everywhere else fairly expensive.

The owner Chelsea waited on us and was so kind and generous. I was having a party that included gift bags for guests and she was so helpful in splitting up the larger portions of fudge into smaller bags with her sticker/logo. The store has some lovely things and we enjoyed our experience with her. Go see Chelsea!…

Her handmade turtles and wolf-paws are the best add-on present you could hope for (but buy extra cause you'll want some for yourself!). Her fudge is superb as well and the whole place has that classic candy shop feel that makes you want to hang out (and have some ice cream). We send this as presents to our friends around the country and they can't stop raving and wanting more. Located in what was voted the "Coolest Small Town in the United States" this is not to be missed!…

I love this quaint and inviting shop! The smell when you walk in the door is dreamy and I have to keep myself from drooling! :) The fudge is impeccable and there are so many unique flavors - my favorite being Maple Bacon! Not only that, but there are so many things here besides the fudge - ice cream, soup mixes, cookie mixes, cookie cutters, ornaments, handmade hats, tee shirts and MORE! Not only that, Chelsea is very kind and welcoming and we stop in EVERY time we are in the area. Do not miss the Mercantile....but if you do (or if you need more once you get home), they deliver, too!…
