We took the Adventure Cruise and was well worth it. It took us up the narrow canyons of Lake Powell and turned around in a space barely longer than the boat. Beautiful colors on the cliffs!

If you are in Page, take time to get up to this overlook where you'll have a 360 degree view of the whole area, including Lake Powell and the nearby cliffs and mesas. Stay past the actually sunset as the sky turns great colors and the mesas mirror the sky.

Great place to stop for a beautiful view of lake Powell, Glen canyon dam, and Page, AZ. I've read something about the sunset being beautiful from up here and really, it sets behind the gorgeous views so if you want to see something, stop by here when the sun rises! Much better! Ha. Also, there's barely any crowds and no fees! Enjoy!

Stopped at the overlook briefly on our way to the beach. Spent 3 hours at the beach, lots of room, even in July. Water is warm and excellent to swim. You can even swim out pretty far to the buoy that marks swimming vs boating area. I don't think there are life guards. Bathrooms are by the parking lot Beautiful beach area. Looked like they were setting up for outdoor movie shows at the northern end. Paved walkway close to beach Sandy beach with rocks/pebbles in water, no waves People bring their dogs for swimming too
