We had a great experience with our guide Brad, he was informative and was patient with the large group. We kept taking a lot of pictures, he never once rushed us and he was amazing with explaining the formations, and answering the questions. They were the only tour that was operating when our reservation for lower antelope canyon got canceled due to 40 miles per hour wind, which then turned into a sand storm even. We called around many places - all were fully booked for the day. And it was our last day in that area. So glad we went with Waterhole canyon tours. Definitely a more relaxed experience!

Waterhole was an incredible surprise considering how few people know about it. The Canyon is just as beautiful as Antelope but much longer and more of an authentic experience.

This was a great experience, highly recommend! It is not nearly as busy as the Upper or Lower Antelope Canyons, so you get a much more private tour experience. Guide was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with taking photos.

I booked a photo tour with them. I emailed them before hand as well to inquire about the photo tour and how is it different from Hiking tour. I especially extended my stay at Page to do a tour with them. 1. I had reservation for 9AM. They said it might delay a little bit coz there is water in canyon. (If your tour starts at 9, then you should check this before hand itself, not at 9). They asked me to wait till 11. I waited. 2. At 11, I was told that they are ready. I asked the lady at front desk to confirm if I can bring my tripod. She didn’t know. She had to ask someone else. 3. My tour guide was excellent ! He was amazing. I would have given this experiment 5 stars if I had signed up for hiking tour. BUT I signed for photography tour. The website description says that they would tell best camera settings and spots. That wasn’t true. I paid twice the money as hiking tour. But photography is not what they have staff for. 4. By 11 the lighting wasn’t that great to get good shots. I had asked the lady at front desk, will I get to see light beams like in upper canyon and she said yes. But there was nothing like that. I would again say, my tour guide was excellent for a hiking tour. I would give him 10 stars for that. But my journey was not at all what the website mentions.
