This is not a well advertised place to visit, but I went after a family member had been and I loved their photos. It is the most expensive of the parks to visit $46 pp. but well worth every penny. You are driven 3 miles to the canyon by a Navajo guide, ours was Alberta and she was great, showing... More

This is a must do if you are in the area. It was fantastic to see the shapes and colours that can be generated by the forces of nature. Our guide, Ardan, was excellent telling everyone the best places for photographs and giving help when needed. Be sure to use the right tour company - with the blue trucks. A... More

Our 6:30 am tour was perfect as we were the first group through! Leonard was our guide and he could work all types of phones to give us fantastic pictures. He played his instrument at the end of the tour and drove like a crazy man there and back which was the adventure part. Would highly recommend!

We took the 3 pm Chief Tsosie Antelope Slot Canyon Tour. I must say this was absolutely the BEST tour I've ever taken!!! The scenery is beautiful and even the bumpy ride to the canyon was fun! Our tour guide Leander was awesome!!! I'd recommend that you request him. He took his time getting us through the canyon and telling... More

My family and I were passing through on our way to Mesa Verde and had heard this was a must see. We tried getting tickets on line but they were sold out. A reviewer on this site said she had shown up early and gotten in no problem so we took our chances. The 10 am group was full but... More

1st thing to tell you is Book Early, the other two tour companies were totally booked out 3 to 4 months in advance. We were lucky to get a spot on the tour. Keep in mind if you are going in tourist season march thru October, it will be a crowded place because everyone that hears about it wants to... More

We visited the Upper Slot Canyon with this company and it was great. We had a super guide called Colby. Very helpful, enthusiastic. We were amazed by the canyon and even though we were there early we loved it. Apparently noon is the best but also the most expensive. Be warned. You ride in the back of a pickup on... More

The canyon is beautiful but the 'tour' experience depended very much on your guide. Our guide was intent on herding us through the canyon and told us very little information about the canyon or Navajo culture. Most guides in the canyon were rude and aggressive in their efforts to get groups past each in the narrow canyon. Family members with... More

This is not to be missed! We took the Slot Canyon Hummer Tour to see the Upper Antelope Canyon and did an early morning tour of Lower Antelope the following day. Neither will disappoint in scenery and beauty. BUT, lower Antelope was much more crowded.

We went with the Chief Tsosie tour and were a bit disappointed. We did realise it would be busy and crowded, but the "tour" basically was just being herded as quickly as possible through the canyon, crushed against dozens of other groups. Our guide showed us a couple of features to photograph but didn't provide any information at all about... More
