Been a solo traveller it is always challenging to get good photos of yourself. Have had other photography tours cancel on me so was a relief that Jessie delivered as promised. Jessie was very professional from start to the end in gathering information about your needs. Upon meeting Jessie she was very welcoming and supportive throughout. Jessie uses a full frame camera with a quality zoom lens. I went with unedited Raw photos and got around 350 photos to choose from. The photos taken helped enormously and will add to my overall memories of a fab holiday. I am glad I went with booking Jessie as my instincts were correct. Jessie is very trustworthy, provide a quality service and understand people’s needs. The shoot itself saw some very challenging harsh lighting conditions Jessie dealt with this well. I am very picky with photos taken of me and have some really good ones to take away from what Jessie took. Jessie made me feel at ease throughout and have you smile in photos. Fully recommend Jessie and assure you will not regret the experience. If you don’t believe me check out Jessie’s website and all the recommendations.

Jessie acted as a witness for our courthouse wedding in New York as well as our photographer and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience and our photos.
Jessie was really friendly and helpful and ensured we had fun on the day. She gave much needed direction and made us feel relaxed in front of the camera. She knows the city well and recommended some great locations to capture some fantastic shots. All our friends and family have commented how amazing our wedding day photos are!
Contacting Jessie and the booking process was easy. We received a folder containing our photos by email just a few days after our wedding.

This tour was the best decision we made for our trip to NYC. Jessie was extremely knowledgeable about NYC history and navigated the city easily. She had great travel suggestions for us. She was friendly and took amazing photos. We expected them to be returned in 7-10 days but got them back in 48 hours.

Jesse was so fun and professional to work with, she knew all the best spots for our photos. We very quickly received a link to hundreds of beautifully edited photos from our tour around manhattan and brooklyn, and are so happy with our final photographs and memories. Highly recommend booking NYC Photo Journeys!

Jessie was our witness and photographer for our City Hall ceremony. She was so knowledgeable about the process and had great ideas for pictures, and was game to try our suggestions too! She helped make our big day so fun!! I’m obsessed with our pictures and she got them to us in just a few days. I’d recommend her to anyone!

The photos that Jessie took were extremely high quality and a great souvenir of my first trip to NYC. She has done the tour many times so had timings and the route all worked out which meant we maximised the time taking photos. Jessie was also great on giving tips to get around NYC and how to experience the city! I’d highly recommend.

I arranged for Jessie to meet my future husband and I at City Hall in Manhattan. Her correspondence was quick and put me at ease from the start. She arrived on time and also agreed to be our witness! She took gorgeous photos of us on our special day, and was helpful in getting the shots all brides want, but are too wrapped up in the moment to remember. She then came with us too Chinatown and took lovely pictures of us as we shared our first meal together. Her rates are extremely reasonable, her style was unobtrusively easy for our intimate ceremony, and I can't recommend her enough! I am so happy with our pictures!

Had such a fun time on this tour! It was just like walking around with a friend pointing out cool shops + restaurants. The tastings were delicious. And it was amazing to get so many cool high res photos of our group throughout the day. Jessie even made sure to take a bunch of 'profile' pics for us. :)

This was a bit out of our comfort zone to book but we are so glad we did! Came to NYC on honeymoon and was a fantastic way to start off holiday, get our bearings and some amazing pictures to keep. Jessie was a fantastic guide helping us with tips and advice and put us both as ease. She even managed to get my husband to enjoy having his picture done. If you are considering doing this I would encourage you to, you won’t regret it and Jessie is a fab tour guide.

Going on a photo walking tour was one of the best ways to see some of the hidden gems around NYC, as well as some of the more touristy spots. And the photos I received from the photographer were absolutely wonderful. She captured some candids as well as the posed photos. It's a lot of walking, but it's totally worth it!
