To take a break from Manhattan on a 5 day trip with family we took a trip to Coney Island and also included a trip to the baseball.

Tickets were 20 dollars each for centrally located tickets behind home base.

Free jersies were included for early arrivals which included us which the family loved.

Food concessions were good, silly games between innings were fun and the view of the Coney Island roller coasters added to the experience.

Recommended as a reasonable and more accessible experience than MLB.

Such a family and dog friendly baseball stadium. I came on bark in the park night where you can bring your dog and it was alot of fun. Every seat has a great view and the backdrop of Coney Island rollercoasters is very cool.

They gave free swag including a baseball cap and a doggy backpack. Tickets are very affordable. Beer and drinks are a bit pricey but that’s every stadium nowadays.

Let’s go Cyclones!

I've been on the cyclone every year for 54 years. Absolutely love the wooden ride. Luna Park rides are super expensive though. I can't afford going to that. The price went up from 50 cents (50 years ago) to 10.00 today. It's still worth it.

Did anyone purchase the 2024 Holiday pack, the one with the 10 vouchers good for any 2024 Brooklyn Cyclones home game?
They also include two additional vouchers, good only for certain home games. The vouchers for the certain home games was eligible to be redeemed March 1, 2024, and it had to be done at the ticket office. I get to the ticket office today, and there's no one there! Then, I get an attitude from a female employee who only said I could only go inside if I was there for the job fair. I was previously lied to by other employees that stated vouchers could be redeemed at the box office on March 1, 2024.

Well, today is March 1, 2024 and I just redeemed my vouchers online- they charge $1 per voucher to redeem. I have a handicap family member; it was imperative to get accessible seats in advance. The only reason I didn't attempt to return the vouchers is the non refund policy.

If they want all digital ticketing, which I despise, why not just close the ticket office altogether?

It stated right on the voucher for the select home games that it could be redeemed March 1, 2024, only at the ticket office.
The personnel in this place are 1 of 2 things, if not both- incompetent and liars.

I went there for years until they hired a hand-picked Jew staff. Old-school fans stopped going. The longtime security guards will tell you how the ushers really get hired there. Don’t ever attend a game there. Statue gets vandalized, but no one knows who did it years later. They play on a fake field filled with fake fans. They bribe fans through giveaways instead of selling the game. They don’t draw. Management is incompetent! The stadium is outdated. This club should’ve been contracted when the minor leagues were downsized!

I do not recommend attending a Brooklyn cyclones game. There are 2 parking vouchers that come with the 10 ticket flex plan. You can't enter the lot until 2 hours before first pitch. This is a terrible policy as you need to be in line 2 hours prior to the gates opening on premium give away days such as Seinfeld Night. One of many good reasons not to renew for next year.
Worst customer Service. They also lie about the days you can redeem the aforementioned ticket vouchers. Then they get mad when you catch them in a lie.
Too MLB didn't kick this franchise to the curb when the minor leagues were downsized.

Total disappointment. Concession were terrible. Lines were long and not well layed out. The score boards suck. The seating is terrible as there is no shade. The merchandise in the team store is of poor quality and high price. I would expect much more from the Mets organization. Sad.

Beautiful night on Saturday so we hopped the subway to Coney Island, went to the box office and asked for tix "far away from other people" (not hard with the place maybe 20% full), and watched 7 innings or so of competent baseball until we had had enough for our $22 tickets. Then we walked the boardwalk awhile and came back for the promised fireworks.

Disappointing concession options, but all else was great, especially the views of the Coney Island rides!

NY Mets minor league team, decent baseball from up and coming players. However, the lack of security during the game leads to some problems when certain fans who become drunk, and outright disorderly. They announce a fan code of conduct BUT if nobody is there to enforce, then you will see a break down. Some fans also get out of hand due to "entitlement" attitudes, that is also under a fan code of conduct

very good baseball, good food concession staff, but lacks enough security for the size of the stadium. Overall, a good place to see a game, only slight would have to be having cheerleaders, who may be talented, but not needed on top of the dugout doing any type of routine. Heavy drinking fans base with a lot of variety of alcohol to consume
