We stored our bags here after checking out of our airbnb so we could spend our last day in the city before our evening flight. They were very helpful, helping us carry our luggage, and letting us weigh our luggage. It was an absolute bargain and we felt our items were completely safe for the day. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We were looking for somewhere to leave our bags for the day after checking out of our apartment in the morning before our flight back to the UK in the evening on a particularly wet day. The Travel Store offered the perfect solution. They were friendly, polite and their store made me feel confident that our bags would be safe. Stopping off in our cab on the way back to the airport was super easy. Their prices offer very good value for money too.

This store in Brooklyn is an old family held business. The father and son duo who run the place are very helpful and courteous.
The shop has suitcases in all price ranges - right from the cheaper varieties to the high quality brands. They will also take care of repairs within the warranty, and they stock a wide variety of travel accessories.
It's even open on Sundays - and the location is close to a lot of decent restaurants and cafes.

I needed to put our back packs into a locker for a few hours while we explored Barcelona on the last day of our trip. I googled locker and came across Vertoe.com.
I tried to find there nearest locker storage place but had to pay before the exact location was shared with me. 15 euro for 2 backpacks. It was not a locker storage place, it was a corner shop. the guy behind the counter expected me to just leave my bag there. when I asked to see the lockers he got aggressive "locker down stairs" he said, but I knew he was lying. I refused to leave my bag there and left but Vertoe refused to give me a refund. I found a real locker storage facility not far away and it cost 5 euros for the day.
This is not a good company and I would never use them again. they don't care about the safety of your stuff and charge 3 times as much as a real locker storage company to just dump your bags in the back store room of any business they can sign up. please save yourself the time and money and use a reputable locker storage facility.

My wife and I were walking through the neighborhood and stopped in. We needed a charger. The older gentleman who greeted us was super polite and called someone else when he didn't know for sure he had what we needed. A younger man came in and got us squared away. Very good customer service. We had a great experience.

I would like to share my absolute best buying experience ever, the guy there i think his name is moshe is cortius and is knowledgeable about everything you can think of, he knows the quality, the warranties for various manufactures and most of all he was really helpful getting me the best luggage for my particular needs, i've used it a while and i'm still in love with my luggage set,
the price was right, the quality is great and the knowledge service is unmatched nowadays.

Great place to drop off your luggage during the day ! The price as well as the service were perfect :) And best part ? only 5 mn away by foot from the subway line that goes to JFK airport. Totally recommended !

So talk about one of the best services in Brooklyn! Drop your bags off for a small fee ($7 a bag) and be hands-free for the rest of the afternoon? Heck yes!
My daughter and I had to check out of our hotel room by 11 am and our flight didn’t leave until 7 PM. We wanted to have lunch at Peter Luger and we’re trying to figure out places we could potentially leave our luggage, rather than carting a giant suitcase around for the afternoon
Imagine my excitement at finding the travel store on yelp!
Moshe was kind and helpful and checked us in and out very fast! He even walked outside and pointed down the street giving us easy directions to Peter Luger!
I love this place and I will definitely use it the next time we are in New York City. It’s nice to know there are options like this!

I left my luggage there for almost two weeks and I do recommend this place. I booked through Vertoe service and it was the best affordable price for good location, trustful service and fast communication via email. Cheers from Brazil!
