Purchased a deal for the facial and parafango mud wrap. Katy facilitated both procedures, of which she saw to it that I was pampered and comfortable. Was an early afternoon weekday appointment, of which there was only one other client, and I will definitely return to experience the other services. Bought a first-timer package before I left.

I visit The Art of Natural Beauty every two or three months for a facial. They're usually very friendly. Katie especially does a wonderful job. I also like that they carry the Dermalogica Skincare line. That being said, the front desk staff aren't very knowledgeable or attentive and outside noise (from the hallway or waiting area) carries into the treatment rooms pretty easily, which doesn't make for a relaxing experience. I called to schedule an appointment the other day and someone answered the phone with: "What time do you want?" The receptionist whom I was speaking to also told me that I would be able to use my birthday discount, and that she would "make note of it," but when it came time to pay, I wasn't able to use the discount because it was "already a special deal/package." I would travel for good spa service, but I can only say that I visit this particular business because it's conveniently located.

Of the massage therapists aren't amazing (some are) and as previous feedback has noted the hallway outside the treatment room may get noisy, disturbing the tranquility of a massage. Art of natural beauty offers different types of massages, facials, and laser treatments. There is also a jacuzzi (for a fee). They also offer packages that provide discounts on services. I like being appreciated for my loyalty. Definitely going back!
