This is the shopping and dining center of Bklyn Hgts. Lassen&Henning is a great deli, the super market, St. Ann's Church, all kinds of merchants and shops. There is a lot crammed in only a few blocks.

Shops and eateries for every taste and budget. Now I understand why Brooklyn is considered the first suburb of Manhattan. Just lovely.

We ate dinner at the Heights café and then walked around before we ended up at the Marriott- a great coffee shop, a couple of interesting shops, and many historic buildings. A hotel going in on this street too in an historic building.. A really...More

My family walked down Montague Street on a self-guided tour of Brooklyn Heights, and really enjoyed the great mix of period architecture, old churches, local shops, and the neighborhood vibe. This would be a great place to live if one lived in New York (and...More

This is the shopping and commercial street in the heart of Brooklyn Heights. Very charming architecture all around. Nice high-end dining. Bars. Lovely.

This is a typical Brooklyn Street with diners and houses with 'Stoops' on them. Pleasant architecture and atmosphere walks you down to the promenade.

This is a great street. It is lined with restaurants, stores and I saw one supermarket, Key Food. I ate Thai food on Montague. But, before I did, I enjoyed a walk in a little park that you will walk straight into if you stay...More

Long street with shops, that sell everything you need and restaurants. Easy walking along the cobbled roads. Safe and clean area close to Brooklyn heights promenade with views of Manhatton. Great for night shots with all the lights

Amazing street full of cute stores and boutiques. I recommend it as well as Court street. Just walking there is nice and it worth the metro run (which is actually 5 mins by metro from Downtown NY)
