I have been to Coney Island several times, being a roller coaster fanatic. The Cyclone is the benchmark by which all other coasters are measured. Not only is it a great place to ride rides, it is also a great place to eat (Nathan's Famous!)

Astroland is now called luna park. it is right next to the orginal nathans hot dog. credits/tickets are quite expensive $100.00 gets you 100 credit then you get an extra 125 credits. rides that i saw average between 3 and 7(that i saw) it cost 6 dollars to ride the cyclone. the wonder wheel was cool.

There are several parks here and so it is quite confusing as tickets for rides purchased on one place will not work for a ride at another. Crowded on the weekends. Not my favorite place.
