Whether it is to have some ice cream or a beer this is a pleasant place to spend a summer day and watch the people go by. A beautiful view of lower Manhattan and the Statute of Liberty and a variety of places to quench your thirst or appease your pangs of hunger after a long walk across the Bridge.

Absolutely beautiful, delight in the early architecture. Great place to take a break and chill. Restaurants nearby. Great views. If you're visiting Brooklyn its a must see, if you've got a short trip to new York pass it.

Amazing view of lower Manhattan and the river close to Brooklyn Bridge. The view steals the show but the walk is decent too.

I lived a few blocks away from this marvel was always just astonished. Sitting on a park bench eating a bagel on a quiet weekend morning never grew old. It's a great place to sit and chill before wandering down to the many activities on the waterfront. It's just lovely...

You can also admire an amazing view of the Brooklyn Bridge, and even the Manhattan and Williamsburgh bridges on a clear day. Stare at the boats going by on the East River, and watch... More
