This is a MUST visit for anyone who is visiting NY. The view is spectacular, for best photos I would recommend the visit at the morning hours when the sun is enlightening the Island. I was lucky with the weather and walked all the way from the new Trade Center through the Brooklyn Bridge to the promenade. It is a... More

I often stop by the Promenade during my lunch break at work. There are benches, beautiful views and sunshine! There's plenty of room to take a stroll and take pictures.

Definitely worth getting here for sunset, sitting on a bench and enjoying the view. You won't be alone.

This neighborhood is hidden gem in the heart of Brooklyn. Not only is the promenade great for exercise but before that you can stop for a fabulous dinner at our favorite new spot The Custom House on Montaque st. Still a great night out in Brooklyn!!

This is a great walk to get a feel for both a historic Brooklyn neighborhood and the Manhattan skyline. There are also basketball courts, a running trail and other outdoor activities.

Whether it is to have some ice cream or a beer this is a pleasant place to spend a summer day and watch the people go by. A beautiful view of lower Manhattan and the Statute of Liberty and a variety of places to quench your thirst or appease your pangs of hunger after a long walk across the Bridge.
