Great place for stroll and relax, alone or with company. Bring a book and grab something to eat nearby or pack a picnic and blanket to just chill.

When you want a skyline view, you go to the promenade. It’s as simple as that. Once you get some Ice Cream from a local joint you can take a seat and take in that view. And it’s a view that will make you take in the rest of life in different ways. It’ll feel surreal, you’ll ant to reach out and see if it’s a picture, it isn’t. And that’s the beauty of it. You can be in the moment like in no other place. And this is one place where you can block out all other noises unlike any other location. And if you have younger kids there is a playground RIGHT next to where Mr Softee usually comes. It is also a great place to run in the morning with the refreshing breeze. Whatever purpose it serves, the promenade will enchant you in a number of ways.

I went late in the morning with the sun up, and though the breeze was freezing cold, this was a very beautiful to see, walk, and enjoy the views of the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan across the pond.

Brooklyn heights promenade is a great place to get out doors and relax, take your dog for a walk or go on a leisurely walk yourself. Clean well maintained and beautiful overall. Worth going if live nearby. Never too packed. Locals are nice streets and area is pretty. Go-to for walks and getting some fresh air
