The park itself is small and uninteresting but the location is special to view all lower Manhatten, Brooklyn bridge and also the statue of liberty

Ran through here and the Brooklyn Piers parks to work off some Thanksgiving gluttony. Sparkles on a sunny day and has a great view of the Manhattan skyline. A bit of a trek if you actually want to make it up to the Brooklyn Bridge, but the park itself should be enough to keep you occupied for awhile!

The renovation of the Brooklyn Bridge Park offers an amazing public space in the city with an outstanding view on downtown Manhattan...in summer you must go there if you're in NYC!

Great place to stop with a friend or the whole family! Amazing view of city skyline, Brooklyn Bridge and Empire state building. Grab some Brooklyn pizza before crossing the Brooklyn bridge on foot!

This is a great place to go alone or with family. Its larger than it may seem and has so many things to do especially in the summer.Skating, swimming, dinner and grilling. It is quite different from the places in the city. Its longer than you think so bring comfortable shoes if you are planning to walk from one pier... More

Brooklyn has done a great job re- purposing the abandoned piers on the East River and the docks. Great play grounds for kids and a swimming pool in the summer. Or just sit and enjoy the view

At the end of the line for the B63 bus from near the Barclay Centre, the walk up the East River in the Brooklyn Bridge Park was a special journey. In the distance, the Statue of Liberty, Governors Island. In your face, the lower Manhattan skyline. Further along, the Brooklyn Bridge and then the Manhattan bridge, DUMBO. Don't miss Jane's...
