Wonderful

Highly recommended. Beautiful place to wander, get some sun, something to eat or drink, shop, with the best view of Manhattan. Avoid Prospect Park which has gone way downhill.

No better views in New York

I live in Dumbo and walk along this waterfront every night. It never fails to amaze me. Some of the attractions are a little run down but the stunning scenery makes up for it

Great addition to the waterfront

Great addition to the waterfront! Nice park areas, with some feeling very wooded and secluded. Loved the basketball courts and roller skating rink!

Cold but beautiful walk here. Gray spot to take photos of Manhattan. Nice for a wander around with a view. Would definitely recommend.

Brooklyn's Iconic Bridge has a Park
Jun 2021
With the restoration of the waterfront is a beautiful park beneath the Brooklyn Bridge.

Once old Port Authority Pier and Ship area docked with cargo what a wonderful development.

Watch the water traffic go by in the East River while viewing the Lower Manhattan especially in the evening.

You can even take a ferry ride across the river to take part of Lower Manhattan.

There are even take time for a treat with a snack at the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory. But there are many restaurants to check out after your visit.

Great Views & Festive outdoorspace

Visited various parts of the park at different times of day during our 4 day stay in Brooklyn. So many great views of lower Manhattan & Brooklyn Bridge from various piers. Lots of green spaces for picnics or yard games. Various sports courts for all to use. Clearly marked walking and biking paths along the East River.

Lovely, long walk with beautiful views

We took the ferry over from Manhattan to Brooklyn Bridge Park. It’s a lovely walk with great views of Manhattan. You can walk right by the piers and water or more within the park, which feels like you might be in a zoo. There is a playground, a dog park, restaurants and rest rooms. Gorgeous landscaping and very clean.

Incredible views of the city and water
May 2021 • Family
Wonderful Sunday spent walking around the park. There are incredible views of the city and water. There is a park for children to play. There are many benches and sitting areas. Definitely visit the piers and also check out restaurant and icecream parlors around. The view of both the bridges are amazing.
