Made in Brooklyn Tours are neighborhood walking tours with a "Made in Brooklyn" theme. The stars of the show are crafters and artisans, individuals and small businesses makin' it in Brooklyn. Discover Brooklyn's Industrial Revolution and celebrate the creativity, ingenuity and entrepreneurial spirit of today's Brooklyn Makers. Tours are designed for small to mid-sized groups for an especially good time together. We walk at a leisurely pace and make frequent stops. No two tours are the same. See who's makin' it in Brooklyn!

This is the second time we've been on a tour with Dom. He's a native of Brooklyn and he loves the place. The tours take you around a neighborhood and explain the history and architecture that make that neighborhood unique. The primary focus is on the artisans and their products. Most of the work products are high end and custom,... More

We did the Williamsburg tour in June 16 with Dom and it was truly one of the best memories we made on this trip ; you can miss out a lot on Brooklyn if you don't know its history or don't pay attention to all the blooming businesses and Dom really makes you appreciate all of that as a true-born... I was on Dom Geravasi’s DUMBO tour several years ago and learned about the neighborhood from a native Brooklynite’s perspective. I was eager to do another walk with Dom through Williamsburg as he provides so much more information than the standard guidebooks. I have been to Williamsburg several times but wanted to venture beyond the trendy restaurants and vintage clothing... More

We had the pleasure of going on a tour with Dom last week and it was really a wonderful experience. It was our first trip to Brooklyn so we booked the Williamsburg tour. Dom is a very educated and informative host - he knows his history and weaves fascinating stories about the area. He also has formed great relationships with... More

Dom gave us a great tour. He incorporated the history of red hook and he brought us to many cool places. He also recommended places to go after the tour. He was very knowledgeable on the area and the tour was a blast.

I went on Made in Brooklyn's Williamsburg tour this past week... what a great way to explore Brooklyn and all it has to offer. Dom focused on the changing neighborhoods, the evolution of buildings and manufacturing, the relationship between Manhattan and Brooklyn, and what I loved most; the current 'Made in Brooklyn' craft, food, and drink. We stopped at the... More

I've taken two other of Dom's tours (Bensonhurst and Gowanus) and I enjoyed them so much that I organized a group that included my Brooklyn-based family. High points were visiting artisans in their work spaces and hearing their compelling stories. My fabric designer daughter in law announced that she was so inspired that she is tempted to quit her job... More

We visited a variety of craftsmen and small enterprises, from printing, leather and design workshop, to winemaking and many more. Truly exiting and... More
