For someone who loves vegetables and fruits the way I love it, what a treat!!!! Not only that you will find fresh bread and cakes and cookies sold by vendors. Most of the fruits and vegetables comes from Pennsylvania, so fresh. You can find applesauce that was freshly made and apple cider in the fall and winter. Yummy. It is... More

The fruit, apples and such, are usually good. The baked goods are myriad and probably excellent, but not what I'm usually looking for at a farmers' market. I do like their apple cider as well, though.

I have been making weekly and bi weekly treks to the Brooklyn Borough Hall Farmers Market for 20 years now. Wilklow farms was my first food shopping stop for fresh apple juice and a petting zoo for my children who were 4, 2, NS 1 Year old. Wonderful place, we went the before Thanksgiving and had totally yummy pecan pie with apple cider.
