Went in December so there wasn't much wildlife around but beautiful and quite scenery walking through the snow covered forest and around the lake. It was $10 by Uber from downtown each way and we went early in the morning taking great pictures of the...More

We visited in September with the golden yellow fall colors appearing. Lovely trail around the lake with plenty of benches and a few decks overlooking the lake. Very much recommend.

The trails for hiking and the nice lake are nice for scenery and bird photography. The quiet lake is nice. We saw many cranes flying above and water fowl in the lake.

Lovely little spot, easy but pretty walk. we did get a little mosquito trouble, but that was all. Take an hour and go for a walk in a nice little preserve.

The Wedgewood Wildlife Sanctuary is a nice stroll over level ground on well maintained and signed trails. Interpretive signs explain the features of the area. It is a little hard to find it being at the back of the Wedgewood Resort and adjacent to the...More

Nice easy stroll around the lake offers the change to view ducks and geese in their natural habitat. Do bring bug spray as the mosquitoes will carry you off for dinner otherwise.

This is literally in the backyard of where we were staying. Got the cool opportunity to see a moose and some baby seagulls. The walk is about 1 mile and easy and flat. Signage around the lake to explain some things, and a hide to...More

Enjoyed a pleasant walk on a crisp cool morning but walked without bug spray. I would highly recommend spraying with big spray before setting out. Lots of birds, geese, rabbits and squirrels but didn’t see any big game. We will go back in the evening...More
