We took their shuttle from Fairbanks to Denali. I cannot explain how horrible their customer service was. They were supposed to pick us up at our hotel in Fairbanks. They were running late so I called to confirm. While they had my reservation, they did not have the correct hotel. So I figured no problem. I would just give them the correct hotel and they would pick us up. Wrong! The woman on the phone insisted that our hotel was too far out of the way. She wanted us to take a taxi to another hotel where the shuttle was picking up other people! It turned out the shuttle was 5 minutes away. After much arguing, she finally agreed to have the shuttle come pick us up at our hotel. Unbelievably poor customer service!

Our guide, Clarke, made this trip. Very informative and friendly. We enjoyed the trip, especially the Ice Museum, but beware, when they say "hot" springs, they mean HOT!

Tatyana was delightful. Not an overbearing tour guide but familial and fairbank's local. We went on a day tour to chena hot springs at the end of our journey to alaska and it was a perfect finale. A dip in the hot springs was all was needed after hiking in denali. The aurora museam too was nice but could have been better.

Trip was great. Driver Joe picked up on time. Gave us lots of information on the drive and stopped anytime we asked for pictures. I was traveling solo, yet never felt lonely. The beauty of Alaska is amazing. Thanks Joe!😁
