I booked a dog sled tour one month before I went there. On that day, my husband and I went there on time n we saw a sign "CLOSED" put in the middle of the drive way. I called them and the voice msg said please call another number. Then I called that number, a woman answered the phone and told... More

Hi there, I am very sorry you had a bad experience with our service. Despite our best efforts to contact you via phone and email, we were unable to reach you. My guides did put out the 'closed' sign to try and keep people from getting into trouble in the driveway. Part of our crew (including myself) were away on... More

We participated in an overnight trip with gnomelang and agree completely with their review. Leslie, Dave, Kevin, and the staff are experienced professionals who took time to guide us "mushing rookies" through all aspects of our adventure. The overnight trip provided us with the opportunity to fully participate in every activity. We gained a sincere appreciation for the dogs' athleticism... More

Kevin, our sled "driver" was very informative, check in staff was friendly. It was good to talk to a local (Kevin) and learn more about the area and what they like to do at different times of the year. Also learned a lot about sled dogs and some of the training. Dogs were taken care of.

I did the one hour ride at Paws for Adventure and loved it! My musher was Kevin and he taught me how to drive the sled, which was incredibly fun. The dogs are wonderful and sweet. The trail is well maintained and it felt fantastic to be out in the open with the dogs running. Paws does provide you with... More

I found Paws for Adventure by chance, and I am so thankful I did! We have visited multiple times when family comes to visit, and every time we get top-notch service, excellent rides, and have ample time to visit with the dogs. Her mushers are friendly and informative and help riders have a comfortable and enjoyable ride. We've done the... More

What a treat! An experienced dog musher takes you on a 30 minute run, including use of commands. A once in a lifetime thrill, plus you get to view a musher'ss camp and make friends with irrepressible Alaskan racing huskies. Different from malamute dogs used for hauling these beautiful animals are streamlined and fast. Oh, and remember to duck the... More

We went on the overnight tour + mushing school last week. Absolutely amazing experience. We booked the tour a few months in advance, and Leslie was great replying to emails and answering questions. The kennels are out of town and we had no car, but Leslie and Dave were so kind and picked us up from our hotel and dropped... More

I have been to a few dog sled adventures over a few years and this was the best adventure. Ease of the online payment, ease of the location, the fantastic customer service, and the dog sled ride was amazing!! Would recommend to anyone in the Fairbanks area!!

This place was awesome. The people were all nice. They have everything there you need to stay warm if you need something. I rode with my youngest and my husband rode with my oldest. It was by far the most fun thing you can do up here. My guide took pictures of my son and I. When we were done... More

We had a great guide who gave us a lot of interesting info. We got to try our hand at mushing (with his help ) and loved every minute of it. Very friendly staff and we are ready to do it again. We gave our musher a tip and he was surprised and grateful.
