Went to go visit the museum today since I saw a recent review....well it’s closed until May 2019. It would be nice if there was a message or something on their phone saying it is closed until then.

Had a great time. Very interesting and a good place for the whole family. Demonstration of how they do it and let you see some of the works done. You can even take pictures on the ice sculptures.

Prior to seeing the ice sculptures at the museum, we watched a video of people creating exquisite ice forms and I thought this was representative of what we would be seeing. It wasn't! They had several sculptures which were O. K., but not like the...More

This museum was unique. There is a 30 min video that shows all about ice sculptors then you don a coat and get to the fun part. Ice sculptors of all shapes and sizes. Dog sleds, horse sleds, bar, a 40ft long sledding hill. You...More

What a fun, funky place! You see a film on ice festivals when you first come into the theater, and then you get to go into the freezing cold part on play on and around the ice sculptures. Bars, trains, snow mobiles, all made of...More

We got the combo of "ice museum tour + aurora light" for $22. The video shown as a part of the ice museum tour was just ok - more of it is pictures with slideshow rather than the actual video. We got to know some...More

There are 2 "ice museums" in FB - a small one in downtown which just has a number of ice carvings on display and then the bigger one on the outskirts which we didn't go to. Didn't see anything about caves
