Day with my love.

We had a very nice day walking around and visiting the shops in Old Town Fredericksburg. People are very friendly and a bunch of unique places.

Great service and food! Once you order, you will be served within minutes! I've had seafood and the "bone-in" prime rib. So very good!

Old Town Fredericksburg is a wonderful place to spend a day in. Between the shopping, antiquing, restaurants and touring some of the historical places, there is plenty to do. I would recommend by starting at the Visitors Center where they have plenty of information on what to do and there is even someone there to help you. Go on a... More

Wander around Fredericksburg. Stop in for ice cream, a sandwich, one of the historic sites. Plenty of antique stores, too. We enjoy heading to Old Town and heading no where in particular.

Over the years, we've enjoyed the downtown business area. Our daughter graduated from Mary Washington and we've returned a few times since. We particularly enjoy the shops on Caroline Street. We previously visited the Fredericksburg Museum, but ran out of time this list.

I loved walking throughout Old Town... I think it would take a week to see everything in and around FREDERICKSBURG. Take the Trolley first and get an overview... then visit the free sites... and have lunch a one of the great places all around Old Town. Take another day to visit several sites...and get a year pass so you can... More

Quiet streets, gorgeous old homes. This is one of the very most beautiful and well preserved "Old Towns" we've visited. A must see if you visit Virginia and Fredericksburg. Many fine places to eat with an atmosphere of the Old South.
