Chef Darin is a gracious host and superb chef. He's very knowledgeable and full of great tips. The hands-on instructions were great and the recipes were delicious. The facility is modern and up to date with the latest gear. I highly recommend Chef Darin's class!

A list of classes is posted each month. I did Southern Italy. It was great. We learned techniques as well as made creative dishes. If you book far in advance you might get to request a certain cuisine.
