This was one of the scariest experiences of my life... I was thinking, oh yea its just a few ghost stories, and that's how it started... but by the end I was rushing the the front with my friend looking for safety in numbers... I left the theater with my spine still tingling.. This is definitely not your typical experience.... More

Ghost stories have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. There is something so incredibly personal about the art of a good ghost story, a concept that Chris is far more than aware of. Chris has crafted an experience meant to celebrate that very art. The night is a non-stop barrage featuring the entire... More

We have been to Savannah numerous times and it seems like everyone from the pedi cab drivers to the horse and carriage workers try to tell you ghost stories. We have even done the hearse tours, but none come close to the stories you will hear from Chris. The stories have great depth and Chris does a good job at... More

In a time where the art form is sometimes lost, Chris Soucy is one of the great American storytellers of our generation. This show is a unique, unsettling, but always entertaining journey into the mind of a man who has heard of and had some truly creepy encounters. To sit in on his show is not simply to hear stories,... More

This was definitely not what I had in mind when I went. I was expecting ghost stories of the town, not just of the theater. I was also not expecting to be given a lesson on the different 'species' of ghosts. On a brighter note, I do think that Chris was a wonderful and enthusiastic speaker.

I admit it - I do not believe in ghosts, spirits, etc. However, I was excited to try something new in my town. I went to see Spine Tingling Tales in the Historic Savannah Theater with two people - and we were the only three there. Chris was great, and changed the show a little bit to accommodate the small... Absolutely loved this show! Mr. Chris Soucy is hands down a phenomenal story teller! The show is funny, spooky, surprising, and most of all interesting! Having story time in This Old Savannah theater is brilliant, unique and authentic! Being a concierge here in the historic district, I would recommend as a possible night cap to those who would like an... More

I didn't know what to expect, really. I went on the advice of some friends. The theatre, though expansive, is set up to feel very small, like a living room on stage with just one lamp. The storyteller appears without much preamble, and carries the entire thing with a unique and pervasive stage presence. It's almost confusing in a time... More

I do think Chris is a great storyteller. I just thought it was going to be a little different-maybe my fault. More like sitting around campfire telling scary tales like "bloody Mary", I preferred the Blue Orb walking tour.
