Nice Boat

I enjoyed the river boat, the scenery, the historical perspective of the river and it's impact on Savanna but, that dreaded conjunction, it could have been a wee bit longer. Just... read more

We had done this cruise a number of years ago and it was OK but not great. This time the captain's narration was entertaining and extremely informative, from discussing the new immense container ships and how the river is being further dredged to accommodate them, all the way to the history of the city, the river and Fort Jackson. We... More

I enjoyed the river boat, the scenery, the historical perspective of the river and it's impact on Savanna but, that dreaded conjunction, it could have been a wee bit longer. Just a bit longer. However, there are drinks on the boat, snacks, and a very knowledgeable skipper.

Took the dinner cruise with granddaughters and family. Dinner is a buffet with a small selection of chicken fish and prime rib salad desert etc. Non alcoholic drinks included. Musical entertainment on all 3 decks was fun. Friendly fast service. Interesting to see the city from the river and old fort along the way. Take the sunset cruise. Its more... More

My 4 yr old thought this was the greatest thing on earth! The tour was fun and informative. I loved the views of the city from the river, great photo ops. I'd definitely do it again!!

We took the Sunset River tour. It was nice and cool and the dolphins were here and there. A one man band that played songs we all knew. Boat just went down the river and back but it was very pleasant and not too crowded.

We took the sunset cruise because we didn't think our teen-agers would like the food on the dinner cruise. They are both on the same boat, but the sunset cruise go-ers start on the top deck. We got some beautiful pictures of the Savannah bridge, then turned around and went the other way down the river past fort Jackson. We... More

The sunset cruise was beautiful. We decided not to pay for the upgraded tickets so we sat up on the top. I am glad we did. Even though it was very hot out the steady breeze made it nice and cool. One of the perks about sitting outside is that you have a 360 degree view of everything. Watching the... More

Of the river boat cruises we have been on, this one was one of the best. All cruises have three things in common, water, boat and captain. But not all river cruises are created equal. What makes the cruise more enjoyable is the person narrating the cruise. Our cruise was quite enjoyable because of the history given of the surroundings... More

Relaxing ride. Guide provided good information and attempted to have a little humor. Would recommend this tour. We only did the tour, but there is a dinner cruse also. Next time, we'll do dinner.

My boyfriend and I did this cruise because we love boats and being on the water. We ended up with a seat by the window and got to enjoy watching dolphins as we ate our buffet. The entertainment was a karaoke type but he was very good at his job, kept everyone laughing and enjoying themselves the whole cruise. Food... More
