My husband and I took the 9:30pm ghost tour with 6th Sense. We had a great time! I would highly recommend this fun, scary and informative tour. Our guide, the spirit formerly known as Prince, was VERY entertaining and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tour, especially the later time, as everything seems scarier in the dark!

This tour was so much fun! I went on a ghost tour in Savannah as a kid and was worried this wouldn't live up to the experience, but it did. Our guide, dressed to the nines as "The Spirit Formerly Known as Prince," was knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about Savannah and its haunted history. Our group was huge, and he managed to keep us all together and not let anyone feel left out. It rained a good bit on our tour, but the guide passed around umbrellas and ponchos to keep us dry, which was wonderful when we passed other less-equipped tour groups who were soaked to the skin and clearly uncomfortable. We didn't see anything supernatural, but were shown some pretty cool, convincing photos towards the end of what other guests have spotted on the tour. If you're looking for some spooky history told with flair and genuine storytelling skill, this is your tour! Be sure to wear your walking shoes and say "goodbye, ghosts" at the end so nothing follows you home.

My wife experiences most of her vacation time via her mobility scooter. As such, she’s always on the lookout for attractions that take that into consideration. Ghost tours and historic sites can be challenging, given the likelihood of curbs, stairs, cobblestones, or other impediments. Based on an internet tip, we booked a night with 6th Sense for their 2 hour walking ghost tour of Savannah, met our guide, Chris, at a prearranged location, and headed out. As he was local, he had a lot of personal knowledge regarding the pre-tourist boom era of the city. And as it was a small group, information was tailored to what we were curious about. Going from location to location (they’re all exterior, as I think any tour is) was smooth for my wife and the scooter, (there will always be bumps off the curb ramps and roots under the sidewalks, especially at night). Plenty of great stories and gruesome history.

Let me preface this review with: we are theatre people, experienced ghost tour takers (our favorite thing to do when we travel), and history buffs. This tour was just ok. We expect a certain amount of just history and embellishment from storytelling, but this seemed more about the guides opinions of what facts were available and her interpretation of what may have happened. It was fine, but didn't keep my interest. If you want to see the outsides of some cool properties and get a snippet of what tragedies may have happened there, this tour would be fine for you. For the length of the tour, I expected more locations and more sensational stories, I suppose. In fairness this guide had some pretty big shoes to fill.

We had a great time walking around Savannah with Lady Ravenwood. She was a phenomenal story teller who grew up in the area and is passionate about what she does. You get to hear about the history of the area. A fact that must be faced is the dark history of the south. A lot of bad happened. A lot of sickness happened. She takes you through it and brings you in to it. I’d recommend bug spray if you’re attending during a warmer month.

We took the late tour. I use a mobility scooter and the entire tour was available to me. That isn’t always the case. Chris was knowledgeable and entertaining. We visited the outside of several haunted homes and traveled through 2 different squares. Chris is very soft spoken and didn’t need to yell to hold our attention. I would recommend this tour to all. A fun way to spend an evening.

First time going on a tour of this type. While I was initially suspicious as to how a single tour guide would successfully fill 2 hours of entertaining dialogue without boring the audience, I walked away feeling pleasantly shown exactly how that is done.

Savannah is already effortless to enjoy even just by walking around aimlessly, but the guide at 6th Sense was a pro at bringing extra magic into the story of the city. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that she was born and raised there, or maybe she’s just done these tours so many times she knows what works — whatever the formula, 6th Sense is a Ghost Tour I can easily recommend!

This was a really interesting experience. Although we did not encounter any 'spirits' ourselves (at least that we know of), the history was fascinating. Lady Raven was an excellent narrator with just the right amount of emphasis and grasp of storytelling as we walked the wet streets of Savannah. The six of us thoroughly enjoyed it, and continued to talk of it during our daily explorations through the town squares as we recognized places we had previously visited. For a fun and informative stroll through savannah, I certainly recommend it. (We had no children with us, but took the 7:00 tour anyway).

This tour was great, all of the stories were spooky and entertaining. It was great walking through the city to each location late at night in the rain, making it that much more creepy. Our tour guide The Spirit Formerly known as Prince told each story with passion and really drew me in. I would definitely recommend this tour to others!

this review is purely based on the fact that this company decided to book TWENTY EIGHT people on a tour... in the middle of a pandemic. I thought an outdoor activity would be a safe bet and that surely more than 10 people wouldn’t be booked per tour. boy, was I wrong. it’s already uncomfortable to try to hear with that many people present, it’s another story when the guide is wearing a mask and you’re expected to social distance. while i briefly interacted with the tour guide, whom was lovely, she said she would strictly enforce masks... although four individuals walked up right as she said that, not wearing masks and not told to put them on as they integrated with the group. really disappointed in the money grab by this company instead of the care for the heath of its patrons. it’s impossible to corral that many people and ensure everyone is remaining distant and safe, in addition to staying separated from all the other groups on tours. oh, a representative from this company called to remind me about the reservation and when I expressed the discomfort of having nearly 30 people in the group (the guide said the biggest she’s had in a while), there was no apology or offer to reschedule. shameful.

Was very disappointed to see this review, and that you felt the need to go this route, instead of calling the office to discuss. You state you were never offered the chance to reschedule, however, that is always our policy to allow guests to reschedule their tour for whatever reason. Your tickets are always good until redeemed. Ever since this pandemic began, I have done everything my power to protect my employees, my guests, and my company's survival. We shut down completely for over two months, and have followed every Executive Order and Guideline put out. I have instructed my employees to do daily heath checks, and have repeatedly told them to enforce our social distancing guidelines. Currently, we are operating under Governor Kemp's Executive Order, 07.15.20.01, which defines "'Gathering' shall mean more than fifty (50) persons physically present at a Single Location, if to be present, persons are required to stand or be seated within six (6) feet of any other person. Therefore, groups of more than fifty (50) people are permitted if their grouping is transitory or incidental, or if their grouping is the result of being spread across more than one Single Location." We are outside in the fresh air, and everyone has the ability to distance themselves according to their own comfort level. At some point, everyone needs to take their own personal responsibility and do what is right for themselves, which you did, and walked away. Totally understandable and your right, however, putting words in my mouth, as I was the one answering the phone that evening, is not. Had you made any mention of being uncomfortable or having ability to reschedule, I would have been more than happy to accommodate, as I have never refused a guest's request to reschedule. Regarding the group that walked up without their mask, we never know what someone's reason is for not having a face covering, however, I will remind my employees to be even more diligent than what you witnessed. Hopefully, next time you are in Savannah, conditions will be more comfortable for you, and we can reschedule your tour.
