Chef Peter was very outgoing and interactive with everyone, he wanted each person to interact with the cooking and was open to any and every question! The food was phenomenal, there was even dessert to end the class!!!

Chef Peter is a great instructor who provides many tips and techniques when cooking. The tips taken away from the class were used the very next day. Great conversation and incredible food! What more can you ask for?

Your daughter is invited to come to participate in the class if you want her to eat some of the food that would be fine with a small additional fee.

Frankly, I think the school would be a little bit basic for a retired chef. You might call ahead and see if they would be able to put together a peer-to-peer class of some sort.
