My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the On and Off tour last week! It was our first time in Savannah and this was the perfect way to see the beautiful city and learn about its history in the process. We got on and off several times throughout the day so we had several different drivers. Each one created a unique experience and taught us a lot about the history of Savannah. The characters were an added bonus! We highly recommend Old Savannah Tours!!!! Just a few extra tops: It does get more busy in the afternoon so wait times at stops are more lengthy then the morning wait times. I highly suggest bringing some water on board to stay hydrated as it does get hot!…

We enjoyed our drivers Eddie and Ellis. They were polite and well versed in the history of the city. However, there was one female employee at the Visitor Center whose was rude and curt with us. She had blond hair and a facial scar. She never smiled or welcomed us on the trolley. When my husband was looking up our tickets on his phone, she was noticeably impatient. We hope this employee is retrained in grace and courtesy methods.…

Our family of four purchased the hop on/hop off tour and it was great. We had "Vincent" as a tour guide who was super funny, casual, a wealth of historical information but also shared many fun anecdotes about various Savannah buildings and historical figures. He held everyones attention and managed to engage and entertain. Bus driver did great battling traffic yet keeping us moving. We completed the entire tour (consisting of 14 stops) and then used the trolly on and off the remainder of the afternoon to continue our own walking tour of the historic district. We would highly recommend the tour. We even had a surprise visit on our tour by Gump and two other entertainers who shared fun information and keep it all very lighthearted. When we were being dropped back at our car we accidentally missed our stop and the bus driver at the end of the day actually turned around and took us back to where we needed to be - which was so nice! This is within walking distance of the Embassy Suites and multiple hotels, but it also has it's own parking lot should you need to drive and leave your car. Very friendly, informative and entertaining overall.…
