Afterlife Tours is the only walking tour in historic Savannah, Georgia that features REAL paranormal evidence captured at every stop on the tour. Every location on the tour has been investigated by Savannah's own Savannah Ghost Research Society, and all histories have been thoroughly researched. We disprove all of the folklore surrounding Savannah's ghostly history and tell you why the places are REALLY haunted. Evidence from Afterlife Tours and the Savannah Ghost Research Society have been featured on A&E Biography's hit television show "My Ghost Story: Caught on Camera," "Paranormal Lockdown" with Nick Groff from the Ghost Adventures, ScyFy Channel's "Paranormal Witness," Travel Channel's "Haunted USA," and many other networks. Nicolas Frost was amazing in telling very informative and spiritual stories on the tour through St. Augustine’s historic district. We went at 10:30pm, and I posted some photos of some strange phenomenas we captured along the way. We felt heavy presences, but honestly it was 90% Nick’s enthusiasm during the tour that really got our goat. We had a hard time falling asleep after! Totally recommend it.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this tour group. We really appreciate that the guides have actual evidence with them and don't wear top hats, "period clothing", or carry ridiculous lanterns like some other guide groups in St. Augustine. The tour is very laid back and the guides are super chill. We had Bob @ 1030pm for the Supernatural tour and Kevin @ 8pm the next day for the Beyond the Grave tour. Both were super open to questions about the investigations and where they got their historical information. We highly recommend this tour group! Dont get caught up in the kitschy nonsense with the fake ghost stories...always go with Afterlife tours.

We had a great time on our 10:30PM tour with Kevin. We discussed not only the stops of on the tour itself, but the history of St Augustine as well.
Kevin provided photo, video and EVP as proof of supernatural activities at each location.
This is the first tour I have booked and throughly enjoyed myself! I would recommend this to tour to anyone looking to get an understanding of the paranormal activity in the oldest permanent settlement in the continental U.S.

My boyfriend and I took the 10:30pm tour on a Wednesday night and just so happened to be the only ones who booked the tour. Thankfully they didn’t cancel on us for lack of other guest, we were very thankful for that. Nick gave us an amazing private tour full of awesome history and great ghost stories. He’s an amazing story teller, very vivid and kept us engaged the entire time. There were lots of jaw dropping stories and he has lots of interesting personal accounts of things he experienced in saint Augustine himself. Absolutely loved every moment of it, if you happen to get Nick as your tour guide make sure you tip him! He is amazing and well worth it! We will definitely be back to go on another ghost trip and we will certainly be going on another ghost tour when we visit Savannah!

Very interesting, history based tour. Definitely made me want to learn more about the history of Savannah. We were not disappointed! We enjoyed our evening with Richard. It was obvious he was local and shared his person views that made it real.

We done a lot of ghost tours but this one is different. Not so scary but very informative. Debunks a lot of what you here on some tours as urban legends but then gives you real evidence. Several recorded voices and a couple of videoed apparitions. Great guide, Keely.

My friend and I really enjoyed this tour! Ray was very knowledgeable and had all sorts of interesting stories to tell. I really appreciated the thoughtful way this tour was researched, they aren’t just trying to scare you, they’re trying to give you the real background to a spooky city. We would highly recommend!

Bill was awesome! We are St. Augustine natives but hadn’t been on any of the tours in years and decided to go on one for a staycation. Bill had a ton of awesome photos from the archaeological society and told us a lot of history we had not heard before. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend the tour to anyone who loves history with a paranormal lean. The EVPs and video shared were also really cool, and we appreciated that he shared all of the facts about what had been backed up with historical research. 13/10 good time.

We did the "Voice of the Dead" tour. Ryan was our guide. He did an amazing job of mixing in historical facts with the paranormal. He didn't bore us with fake stories, instead he presented research and evidence. Highly recommend

Awesome tour! Bob was very knowledgeable about the history of St Augustine and he did a great job of telling the real scary stories that have happened there. The pictures and EVP recordings he had were fantastic. There were lots of other tours going on and I was glad we picked this one. Highly recommend!

There was no investigation time on the tour. I believe he may have other tours or you can be locked in a haunted place for the night. You may want to check their website.

I am the Sceptic Sue as in one of our previous reviews before, but I must add that this Twelve West Oglethorpe House was by far one of the most convincing locations we had on our tour. Peering into the house (alone) I saw ---- things that were not there.! We had come back the next evening at the suggestion of our guide so as not to be influenced by her or remarks from the rest of our group. I simply do not want to divulge what I and 2 others saw in our party, but I can tell you-----I won't forget it. I now am a believer in the "afterlife". I simply know what I saw the first time when looking into the front door of that house. Not scary-----just things that were eventually proven to only have existed there many years ago. Please Please take this tour with an open mind. Did anyone else see things that were now there?

The 10pm tour does go into some off limits areas of the Moon River Brewery, which has been featured on Ghost Hunters and Ghost Adventures, the 8pm does not.

Just wondering what age group this is geared for? I have a 51/2 year old and 9 year.

My 6 and 11 year old would have enjoyed it. Nothing that they wouldn't hear about on a ghost hunter's show. The audio might be a little creepy for the youngest, but he/she probably will get over it quick.

Is your tour considered wheelchair accessible? Long distances and small curbs/single steps are generally fine - just weary of large staircases and uneven ground (dirt paths, cobblestone in the dark).
