Going to the spa was part of our girls weekend and we all had a great time - 2 facials and a massage! I had Caitlyn for a facial and she was wonderful! Such a nice person that gave me a great facial! My only recommendation is to book ahead, lots of people had the same idea that we did, Milan Day Spa is in a convenient location, well worth pampering yourself here!

Visited with a girlfriend on our 50th birthday trip to Savannah. From booking services, to checking in and working with the staff, everything was so easy. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming…not stuffy or overly exclusive like some places.

I got the new GelX nails done by Lisa! I showed her my black and white Christmas idea and she killed it! I love the GelX, they're thinner than acrylic but stay twice as long on me! Definitely recommend seeing Lisa and the others at Milan!

One of the best kept secrets tucked away in Savannah, Georgia is the quiet quaint little spa. The aims hits you when you enter and the smiling face are all lit up. I love service with a smile. The atmosphere is lovely and the mimosas are on point. Kudos to my nail technician Lisa she not only loved the craft but she teaches it as well. I had a wonderful time chatting with her and watching her do new techniques on my nails and letting my know they were not healthy she sripped them down and we started fresh. She took her time and cared about my nail health as well as giving me a great spa experience. No tech had ever cared about the condition of my nails. Once again thank you LISA! The owner Catherine had the sweetest smile and most wonderful spirt. She made me feel very welcome. There's jewelry skincare and clothing dolls they're as well. It's just more than a spa. This is my nail tech from now on!

This spa has everything and more you can think of! I had the best experience with Caitlyn from pedicure to Brazilian to derma-planing. Everyone has great personalities and made me feel very welcome! The atmosphere is amazing and all of the decor and music is beautiful and makes you feel nice and calm. If you are looking for a relaxing time or even a day I highly recommend!

Worth every penny! My husband and I got a couples massage, 90 minutes. After tips and everything, we paid around $415. I got the deep tissue and my husband had the Swedish. It's boutique, so don't expect the lavish waiting area. But the therapists were AMAZING!

I had a hydrodermabrasion facial w/ Melissa. Service was top notch, my face looks and feels 5 years younger! She was very knowledgeable on products and tips to help with my skin issues and maintenance moving forward! Would highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My niece and I went to Milan for pedicures, and it was hands down the best pedicure I have ever had. The atmosphere was excellent, and the staff was attentive and friendly. Caitlyn did my volcano pedicure, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Came in for a facial, as a new mom full of life's stressors, the staff made all of it melt away. Lisa was absolutely amazing and extremely skilled in her job, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Jessica got me checked in at the desk and she was very warm and welcoming and made sure everything was taken care, then got me a mimosa to start off a fully transformative appointment. Would highly recommend for a relaxing time.
