The tour that I took was a bit of a catastrophe on the technical end when the trolley broke down for forty five minutes in the middle of the street. Despite the difficulties, our tour guide Dottie-Bell was extremely friendly and charismatic even though I'm sure she was having a difficult time trying to handle both the tour and the problems. She told several extra stories and the group seemed to have a lot of fun listening to some of the extra history of the city. Definitely would go on her tour again

We went on the tour on December 31 with Noelle as our tour guide. She was a talented story teller who knew how to build suspense an added to the story with a touch of theatrics. We visited two historic houses an were told about paranormal activities at each house. We were led to different rooms of each house an interesting guides shared history of the people that lived in the houses long ago an paranormal information that people have experienced while visiting the house or working at the house. The guides were dressed in theatrical costumes which added to the theme. While riding in the trolley the tour guide Noelle told interesting ghost stories about the buildings we rode past on our way to the houses that we explored.

While on Savannah the GF and I did two ghost tours, the first one was a walking tour with a guide that was disinterested and most likely high as a kite. The second one with ghost and gravestone and the tour was nothing short of fantastic. It was clear that Cecilia White loves her job and has a passion for it. The tour was well timed and ran like a Swiss watch. Lots of information and even some theatrics thrown in.

I tried to reserve two tickets online for 9pm. Only one ticket booked. When I went back online to book the second ticket, the time slot was no longer available. I am mediately tried to request a refund and was informed that two days ago the company had sold and all refunds had to go through an online process. I submitted my form at 8 AM in the morning to request my money back—at 5 PM I called and was told that no one worked in the office on the weekend and it would take up to 10 days for someone to respond to me regarding a refund. They have no issue taking your money, but you will definitely have a huge issue if they cannot book your reservation and you try to get money back. Too many other options in Savannah that work much smoother than this one. AVOID AVOID AVOID. No one local can assist you it apparently is now owned by a corporate firm.

It wasn’t spooky or scary in the least. It’s a good tour for young teens not for seriously “spooky” adventure! We drove around and heard stories.. our tour guide was perky with cheesy puns (“Lady Rose”) and didn’t adhere to the “spookiness”... We expected more! Not worth the price!

I have to agree with another review. The tour was fake and felt like the stories were made up. There wasn’t anything scary about the tour. The house appeared to be fake. I never felt anything scary. The warehouse was so bad and fake. All I can say is don’t waste your money in this tour.

This tour was extremely cheesy. The guide spoke so fast it was hard to understand anything she said. It is scripted so horribly to include cheesy jokes. The stories jumped around so quickly that the historical connection was missed. I would prefer a walking tour over this.

Historical ride along, not scary or what we expected. Allie our tour guide was great and she played the part nice. We organized this for our Xmas eve activity with family, two young adults, we expected more and found it weak compared to all other yours we went on.. It wasn’t the you guide’s fault. The script of stories and anecdotes not strong. It was hard to understand what she was saying and it was just history and some jest, jokes. Even the last scene : stop, while entertaining seemed like a joke vs a haunted experience.

Don’t waste your money on this tour. It’s not scary at all. All the stories that were told to us seemed made up and far fetched. The tour stops at a supposed haunted house and later at a warehouse by the river. Not even remotely scary or spooky. Do your research and find a better one. On the positive side, our guide Scarlett was very nice.

This tour is worth the money. I'm not sure if the jokes are all that funny. It could be a little bit more history based.
Maybe a stop at the cemetery are you would be interesting

Thank you for your question. No, we don't visit the cemeteries. We do drive past Colonial Park Cemetery and discuss its history. Unfortunately, the City of Savannah does not permit entry into our historic cemeteries after dusk as a safety precaution.
Our tour visits the Andrew Low House, touring both floors of the home and the Perkins and Sons Ships Chandlery.

Our tours run at an average of 75 minutes. Due to traffic and unforeseen circumstances, tours can run a little longer. It would be better if you planned to be done with the tour about an hour and a half after your tour begins. Let us know if you have any other questions!

Our Ghosts and Gravestones tour does in fact include two exclusive haunted stops. First, we disembark to explore two floors of the Andrew Low House, a beautiful mansion where you learn the sad tragedies the family endured and who may still be residing in the home today. Next comes a stop at the Perkins and Sons Ships Chandlery, an old ship store where the ghastly tales of Colonial River Street come to life. All along the way, we drive by some of Savannah's most notable haunted locations.
