Yes, you can tour Bonaventure Cemetery by yourself. But you'll only get the full picture and the history with a guided tour by Scott Shannon's tour company. Scott was not our tour guide, but the woman guide for our group was great! Knowledgeable, engaged, relaxed,...More

Beautiful cemetery. So much history. A must see. Didn't go on a tour. Was very surprised to see so many people walking around with tours. This cemetery is huge. Alot of walking but so worth it. This cemetery was well taken care of

Scott Shannon made the difference for us. It's not just a Cemetery tour his skills and style taught us so much about Savanna. It helped us understand and enjoy our time in a very interesting city. I recommend it highly.

Shannon Scott is a master story teller! The tour took place in the Cemetery, and he used burial plots as a beginning point for each story, but the stories went far beyond into the founding days of Savannah, and the movers and shakers that created...More

Shannon Scott definitely knows his history of Savannah and this cemetery. We learned SO much, and I'm sure Shannon just touched on a portion of his wealth of knowledge. Shannon not only made the tour educational, but also entertaining, as well. I highly recommend this...More

Really had looked forward to this and very disappointed when it didn't happen. The trip to Savannah centered around this highly rated tour and our entire group was very unhappy that the tour didn't take place.

Gosh, so sorry I missed this question somehow! I didn't even know you could answer them on the page! We do the Bonaventure After Hours tour on Saturdays from 5pm to 8pm or can be done Privately with enough advance notice.
