Kathy is warm, engaging and highly knowledgeable. She is filled with facts and stories but just talks to you with so much pride in her community. You see so much during three hours with her but she will walk as much as little as you desire.

My son and I did a tour with All About Savannah Tours today and it was fantastic. Kathy is delightful and shares so much information in a fun way. Her car is incredibly comfortable. The Bonaventure Cemetery tour was incredible.

While we were in Savannah, we took a private tour with All About Savannah Private Tours. There were four of us on our tour. Kathy is the owner and Tour Guide and does a fantastic job. We took the four hour “Live Oak Tour” which included the Bonaventure Cemetery, the humongous Live Oak tree, down along the water to see some beautiful older homes, and a lot of the historical district and other interesting sites.
Kathy is very personable, has a great sense of humor, and is filled with extremely interesting historical information. There is nothing boring about this tour. The four hours went by very quickly, and we took a pre-planned bio-break at Starbucks. Kathy has a beautiful van for the tour, and we were in and out of the van many times to see many of the sites. This IS NOT a drive-around tour that just point-out things then continues on. You really get to see things “up-close and personal”.
If you think a cemetery tour would be boring, guess again, as this was very, very interesting tour. Kathy knows how to keep your attention, and it is one interesting story after another. We highly recommend Kathy and All About Savannah Private Tours.

We visited Savannah in mid September. What a great time we had.
Savannah is beautiful and a must see destination. If you ever get a chance to go there you must take a private tour with Kathy with All About Savannah Tours. Her stories were great and an she was so informative. We had never been there before and it was so overwhelming with all there was to do. A private tour cleared that up for us. Kathy will not disappoint you. She steered us in some great directions of place to eat and places to return to.
Thank you Kathy, you enhanced our visit to Savannah. Hope to return, it was a great vacation!

Kathy was an awesome tour guide for our Bonaventure Cemetary Tour. She was so informative and fun to be with. It felt like we were old friends. I would definitely book another tour with her next time I am in Savannah.

We can't begin to thank all the people who take the time to post on Trip Advisor because thanks to you, we found Kathy. My husband and I had the best day in Savannah riding in Kathy's cool (It was 90 degrees that day) SUV. The All About Savannah Day Pass 6.5 hour tour was worth every penny and then some. From the moment, we met Kathy it was like 3 friends spending the day together going from place to place, sharing stories and laughing. Kathy's love for the city and outstanding knowledge makes Savannah come alive. When we got home and talked with our friends who had visited Savannah, they said, "We never saw that, no, never heard of that..." The day flew by and we were sad to see it end. Saying goodbye to a new good friend wasn't easy.
Please do not hesitate to book your tour with Kathy. She's a ten in our book! What ever tour you take you will not be disappointed. Savannah will always be a cherished memory for us because of Kathy!!

My wife and I were visiting Savannah for 4 days as part of a birthday trip to US. The tour sounded a good way to spend the first day in town so I e mailed to see if I could book the all day pass (6.5 hours) tour. Kathy replied immediately saying she could accommodate us and just pay at the end of the tour. She asked where were staying and would pick us up there at 10.00 a.m. Easy as falling off a log! Great start,
On the day, Kathy turned up on time at our Inn and off we went in her convertible. Other reviewers have detailed the tour and all the great places and sites visited so I won't repeat all the detail of that. Suffice to say we agree wholeheartedly with all the positive reviews from others.
Personally, we loved the detailed information and history illuminated with stories which Kathy shares. The private tour also suited our style in that Kathy was quite happy to have general friendly conversations that were outwith the tour itinerary. We like that, and actually we often find out a lot about the real place with this approach.
Kathy is certainly professional, but more importantly to us, lively, fun, knowledgable and informative. I think we made her laugh too, so it was a wonderfully relaxed day. She introduced us to new experiences such as an excellent BBQ restaurant (Try the Brunswick Stew at Sandfly BBQ if you get the chance, delicious!)
As with others Kathy showed us some great spots and angles from which to take lovely photos. It is at this point in the review I have to report our only disppointment. Later in our vacation and in North Carolina, I lost my camera including all our photos of Savannah!
We have a solution though and that is to return to Savannah, book another tour with the lovely Kathy and repeat the great experience.
I rarely if ever actually make recommendations, since opinions are by defintion personal. In this case I happily make an exception and recommend if you take one tour in Savannah this is the one to choose.

If you want to get the most out of your Savannah vacation, you need to take this tour with Kathy. She could quite possibly write a doctoral thesis on Savannah history....and not the boring kind either. We took the 2 1/2 hour private tour and started off with a bang. We had just eaten at Mrs. Wilkes so we had a food hangover. But Kathy woke us up with her lively stories and tips. I can't imagine taking a tour of Bonaventure with anyone else now! She is so easy to work with and personable. You are not dealing with a faceless corporation here. She will pick you up and drop you off wherever you need her to. She even works in a Starbucks stop!

The moment we saw that mane of red hair and equally unbridled smile on the woman behind the wheel, we knew we were in for a wild ride! This was a second visit to Savannah for me and my husband, so we wanted to venture outside the (completely intoxicating) historical district but weren't sure what was out there. Well...there's a whole WORLD outside those squares -- Tybee Island and Bonaventure Cemetery just for openers.
Kathy knows the history of everything, and in the South (perhaps more than elsewhere), truth is indeed stranger than fiction. So when we're talking "history" here, we're talking juicy, spooky, fascinating stories about each location you visit that will have you on the edge of your comfy air-conditioned seat! Kathy genuinely loves Savannah and chances are good she'll love you too, because she's sweet like that. Charming, kind and accessible.
We are only MORE in love with Savannah than before and plan to return again. You can bet we will be giving Kathy a call. We recommend you do too!

Took the Live Oak tour with Kathy and it was the highlight of our trip. A private tour with a local is the way to go. Not only is she full of accurate historical insight but she is entertaining as well.

Kathy has different prices for different tours. You can look at them on her website. I would shoot her an email. She is prompt with response.
