Chase is a fantastic storyteller! He walks you through the lesser known, or rather, discussed, parts of Savannah’s history and the various potential spiritual beings that could live among us because of it. He truly paints a picture of Savannah’s mysterious nature and all of its hidden secrets. I highly recommend this authentic and enlightening tour to anyone — yohh u won’t be disappointed!

Chase is an outstanding storyteller! We lucked out and got him all to ourselves, and as we strolled the streets of historic Savannah, Chase would point out various homes and locations known for activity. He peppered the accounts with historical information and we were both enthralled and entertained the whole time. We highly recommend this tour!!

This is a must if you enjoy Irish history. Chase's knowledge of Irish history is just amazing and such a delightful tour guide. He even plays the fiddle along the way, which is just such a wonderful added bonus. This is a must see tour. I'd book again!
Thanks again Chase for a great tour.

Note: I'll add photos at a later date

Sharon -- it was a sheer delight to spend time with you in the Irish-Savannah Old Fort area on the eastern end of the historic district. Savannah has over 12 different Irish cultural organizations in addition to (as many know) the 2nd largest St. Patrick's Day Festival in the U.S. But that's just the beginning. You can still feel the spirit of Irish men and women who left such a deep cultural imprint on Savannah. Often side by side with Africans, Germans, Ship Captains, Ship Builders, Sailors, the Irish of Savannah carved a destiny in Savannah out of absolutely tragic circumstances back home (Irish Catholics at least) . We are blessed to have some extremely knowledgeable people in the Irish-Savannah community. I am lucky to be a part of it and I'm so glad that you immersed yourself in the magic and wonder of Irish-Savannah.

It is amazing that this tour is not at the very top of TripAdvisor. Having taken six or seven different ghost tours in Savannah over the years, this tour is hands down the very best. First, the tours are limited in the number of guests, and the lesser number greatly impacts the quality of the experience. Second, Chase is a fantastic guide and story teller, and he will take you to places that you simply do not see with other tours. He knows well his history of the city, and his stories weave the history well (not overdone) to set the context of the stories. His stories simply seem more authentic and eerie than virtually all other tours. Whereas some guides seem to make up the stories, Chase is the real deal. If you get the chance, do not pass up this tour. It is excellent. We did have issues with the meeting place, as other people have mentioned, but once on board, hang on to your hats!

I am from Savannah and I thought this tour was great and exceeded my expectations! Chase did a great job of bring history into his stories. We had a wonderful time ... well worth the extra cost. Thanks Chase!

We have been on many ghost walks throughout the nation's large cities and this was by far the most disappointing. We went on one in Savannah about 4 years ago and it was so much fun and interesting that we couldn't wait to come back and go again, but what a let down.
The "haunted" buildings we were to tour through are no longer included. Our guide Chase was distracted by surrounding noises. He kept repeating the same phrases multiple times, and was also very vague on the stories that he shared.I think there was one real story in the whole hour. It was a waste of $50.00. We should have tried the haunted hearse tour instead.

Jeff was fantastic as a guide. The walk was to be 1 1/2 hours and it ended being 2 1/2 hrs as we walked through Savannah's city streets, he telling us some of the city's history as well as pointing out the buildings where ghosts/apparitions have been known to visit. Did you know that Savannah is built on cemeteries. If that isn't ghastly in its own right, I don't know what is!!! Great evening, great guide and a great way to learn about Savannah. Highly recommended. Ask for Jeff.

We had a great guide, Patrick, with a great knowledge of the city and its ghostly history. He made it fun and interesting. We learned a lot about the cemeteries and some of the people inhabiting them. We brought our cameras and had a lot of occasions to use them. Savannah's weather was great and it was a great night for walking and the lighting at dusk was terrific. I had a "ghostly" episode and Patrick made sure that everything was OK and didn't just brush it off. Thanks, Patrick!

This ghost tour in Savannah was the best ghost tour we've been on, and we have been to multiple city and states' ghost tours. There were two reasons that made the experience incredible: first was Chase, our tour guide. We were his only "guests", so he took my wife and I on our own personal tour. He was an incredible storyteller and historian. We were in Savannah for a night of our honeymoon and were lucky enough that he offered to do a tour during the slower season. The second reason this tour was excellent was because he actually took us into the haunted buildings and into their basements and haunted floors. It was incredible! Especially sine most ghost tours make you just look at the building from outside. If you are looking for a ghost tour that doesn't try to scare with dramatic stories or exageration and rather just takes you into the actual places to let you see for yourself with your own senses, look no further. Made that night of our honeymoon so incredible. Also scared the he'll out of my wife (you will be in some legit dark basements). Go and enjoy! Chase is the best choice for a Savannag ghost tour!

Steve, it was an honor to be your guide that night – Savannah never ceases to amaze– if it wasn’t for the endless string of seeming “coincidences” that occur in this city I would have called it a fluke that we were the only ones on the tour that night since we’ve been fairly busy lately . But those of us who have lived here long enough know that there are no “coincidences” --- especially not in Savannah. Something in Savannah’s genius loci – the spirit of the place – is extremely conducive to having those kinds of synchronous experiences. I’m always delighted to hear from guests who welcome the chance to tour inside Savannah’s most haunted buildings. These indoor locations we’re beginning to get access to have never been explored by other groups. We’re it. And now the both of you are part of the experience – even when you’re already back home – you’ll feel connected to this place. My sense is that Savannah will draw you both back for the rest of your lives because that's what this place does – especially for newlyweds! You invited not just me to your rite of passage – but the entire spirit of our Historic District. Well done and we hope we'll see you next year. Have a great and joy-filled marriage.

We had the pleasure of meeting and taking part in aguided tour by Chase Anderson. Wow! Chase will take yoiu through the dark and mysterious squares of Savannah, stopping along the way to introduce you to history, personal accounts and factual occurances of the paranormal. Dont expect the boo and scream type of tour. This tour is an interesting, ecnompassing history lesson as presnted through the eyes of an intelligent, knowledgeable Savannah history expert.

Chase will take the time to answer questions and point out so many interesting and attention getting details, that it will leave you begging for more. Absolutely one of the best ghost tours, history tours or local tours we have ever been on, anywhere. We hihgly recommend Chase Anderson...don't waste your time or money going somewhere else. Take a tour with best. We are so glad we did!
