Savannah: Drinks and a Show

We are both local Savannahians who love and appreciate the Savannah nightlife. As an Irishman, Oisin has a huge appreciation for beer, whiskey, and music. He is a local DJ and musician and has served at multiple wonderful restaurants downtown including 1790 and Prohibition. KT is from Savannah and also loves beer and bourbon. She spent over a year serving at Treylor Park and grew to love fernet far too much. On this tour, you will see at least 2 live music performances at local bars and stop at even more! Take drinks to go and hear history as you stroll to the next stop. Join one of us for a fun time around town while learning true tales and only drinking the spirits.

KT was by far the most knowledgeable guide we've ever had the pleasure of touring with. She even went out of her way to adjust her entire experience to suit our personal tastes, since we happened to be the only ones in the tour group that day. Highly recommended if you appreciate getting an in-depth view of the local history, while also experiencing some lovely local businesses. And the chocolate shop we visited was very cool and unique to boot!

I'm a tour guide myself and I'm very particular about guides - KT was fantastic. Personable, engaging (and engaged) while providing great facts about the whole history of Savannah. She absolutely has a comprehensive knowledge and handled every question with ease. She also has that personal connection to the city and brings that to the tour. I wish my great grandfather had owned 309 E President Street! I personally appreciated the women's history slant she brought in as well. Also, as a guide she had great logistical awareness (most people might not necessarily notice but it's a skill set)! Take this tour with a local and get a great overview of a truly lovely city.

If you are visiting Savannah for the first time, haven't listened to a knowledgeable person speak about the history of Savannah or enjoy great company with great people then this tour is a must for you. KT was not only extremely nice and a lot of fun, she was very knowledgeable about Savannah and also takes you to come of the liveliest spots for a night out in Savannah and shows you some local music spots that you might not otherwise see. My wife and I had a wonderful time, we cannot thank KT enough. I will say it again, highly recommend.
