What a great part of history to learn about. So many cool facts we never knew before about the prohibition. Cute little speak easy you can grab a drink at after exploring the museum.

Huge collection of prohibition items on display in charming set ups. Leave yourself a couple hours to truly take it all in , we had an hour and felt rushed to see it all . Make sure to visit the gift shop next door .

I loved the timelines and all the interactive content. I found the vast array of atrifacts really intriguing and those helped to supplement the overall museum presentations well. The museum is not huge, which is nice, so it is great that it can all be...More

The museum is cute and a great escape from the heat of The City Market. I learned a few interesting facts about this time period such as Prohibition forced the government to implement income taxes! Ugh. I am happy I went here.

This museum is in the middle of a tourist trap, the city market. However, this place is fun! There are some interactive aspects to the museum. There is fun history. In addition, there is a "speakeasy" to talk your way into where you can get...More

The displays are a mix of pictures, videos and other items from that period. It seems a good balance between the wet and dry groups. I appreciated their coverage of the story, including repeal of the amendment. It seems we bear a burden today from...More

Hi InterstellarTCU, Thank you so much for the review! We try to keep everything neutral and to show both sides of the Prohibition argument. We find it important to show all the consequences of the 18th Amendment, both the good and bad.

Reviewed June 23, 2019

We expected this to be silly, but was very interesting. it gave much more history of the amendment and it's consequences then we expected.

Not sure. It's in the City Market area near the river walk. That might be where you disembark.

Hi there! The cost per person is $14. We do not do any senior discounts, however, we do offer a $3 discount to those folks who ride with Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah. Thanks!
