We enjoyed this walk and talk tour. Spooky enough but not too scary even for the littlest - ours was 5. Our older kids (12 and 10) said they would have liked something a bit scarier but I'm not sure I believe them. This company doesn't advertise but was great at communication when we were ready to reserve (no prepayment, just a phone call the day of). Highly recommend!

i think the tour was fantastic and i find these other ppl to be karens. no duh you didn't go in any buildings a lot of people lived in those houses or they didn't allow people in. my fav story was the one with the girl in the girl scout troop that could see the ghosts following them.

We had Evan as our tour guide - he was informative, detailed and friendly. We have gone on this tour several times and he still came up with new ghost stories. The most inexpensive and most authentic ghost tour in Savannah - no gimmicks!

We signed up for a ghost tour for our Girl Scouts, they got a history tour. History tours are great, but that's not what they wanted. When the girls asked for ghost stories, they were told that they save those for the drunk tour at 11. What a disappointment.

I should first admit that studying the science behind paranormal has been a hobby of mine for years. So I come from a pretty harsh angle. The stories and how history was blended in was very good. But I was a bit disturbed on how they presented some theories to novices. I know all these ghost tours are just for the fun of it, but still it bothered me. I hated that at one point they ask everyone to take their camera and take pictures of a house at night, and then proceed to tell everyone that those little white balls in everyone's camera are orbs and they're all ghosts. No, theory buried deep inside they have it partially right, but did not appreciate they're out there teaching *all* those little white balls are orbs or ghosts. I know paranormal isn't a hard science, but still. They needed to explain the theory and possibly debunking of some "orbs". So if you'd like the stories and history, go for it, it really is wonderful. But please put your own disclaimer on much of the science they're telling.

They didn't show up and didn't call. This was our last night in Savannah, so we couldn't reschedule (not that I would have with this company). They insisted on having my cell phone number and then didn't bother to use it. We left our dinner uneaten because we were running late and didn't want to hold up the tour - what a joke !!

This walking ghost tour is enjoyable because 1) the $10 price is the cheapest around, and 2) the guides aren't hokey and theatrical. Our guide was funny and entertaining, but she also gave a thorough background on the sites we visited. I even got some weird colored orbs in my photos!

we went on a ghost walk and were pleasantly surprised to see only one other couple with us. it was basically a semi private tour and our guide was very knowledgable. she answered all our questions and had so many trivial facts that made savannah sound so interesting. i would recommend this to anyone on a budget that wants to go on a ghost walk tour.

We went on this ghost walk and all the lady talked about was the history of Savannah. Every time she would say something about ghost she would be like it was fake. We walked for a while and they took a right and we went straight back to our room. It may be an inexpensive walk, but like they say you get what you pay for.

We are sorry that we didn't live up to your expectations. Our guides are all experienced and we get a lot of positive feedback from our tours. We try very hard to stick with the stories and legends of the ghosts and spirits of Savannah as we know them, which requires placing them in the appropriate time period in Savannah's history. If you contact the office at (912) 233-3896 or email us at GhstTalkWalk@aol.com, we would be happy to discuss your experience on our tour and try to rectify the situation. Thanks, Jean Soderlind

We took this tour at the last minute and glad we did. Evan was our guide and he told some fantastic stories, that just didn't speak to savannah, but folklore in general. He also added in the history of savannah to give us a better feel for the stories. It was a great experience, a great way to see the historic side of savannah and its rich history. He also made it feel real and not a script he was reading... I would highly recommend this tour, no tricks, no gimmicks, just a great 90 minutes of story telling that will get you wondering and wanting to Google it all...
