The hotel did forget to give me the boarding passes at checkout. Your rep told me what I needed. Once checked in with your service we got our return trip tickets. It would be helpful in the hotel lobby to have a microphone and speaker to call the names. The trip to and from was smooth and the drivers explained everything we needed to know. Luggage handling was good too. Thanks.

I sail from the Port of Baltimore, Best Western on O'Donnell Street uses KD Elite for transportation to and from the pier. KD Elite is always on time, efficient and pleasant. I heard person on last cruise complaining about the shuttle service from their motel. No Problems with KD Elite. Have used them many times!!

I used KD Elite for cruise shuttle booked through a hotel park-n-cruise package. In comparison to a previous 2018 trip with hotel shuttles, this went so much better. Seemed very organized. The van was nice and modern. The best part was on the return trip after the cruise they were there waiting for us, no need to call. Definitely choosing them again the next time we cruise out of Baltimore.

We've used KD Elite several times over the years to get from our hotel to the port for cruises. They are always on time, always where they say they will be. Very professional and efficient operation. The drivers are accommodating and drive safely.

We could not have asked for any better service than what we RECIEVED ! from being picked up at the motel , to being shuttled to the cruise ship. Explained what to do once we return from our trip and our Driver explained where KD Elite would be waiting for us , and He was !! GREAT JOB KD ELITE !!
