We stopped at Fort McHenry because of the historical importance. The fort and surrounding area was interesting. My wife, son and I sang the National Anthem with a family from Minnesota which was very neat.

Fort McHenry was my playground as a child, and when my son was young I would take him also. Many picnics, laying in the sun, watching the reenactments, and watching the (Bombs Bursting in Air) fireworks.
