A really nice park with a breathtaking view of the harbor and city skyline. Other points of interest nearby. Bring a picnic!

If for nothing else than the pictures you can snap from the top of it. You can also laugh at the people that try to run down from it and fall. Sorry but that's funny.

This park is really cool. From the top you can look out to the Inner Harbor and see all the boats, the hotels, shops, etc. It's great for a picnic or just hanging out and reading a book.

What a great place to see the city of Baltimore. There are a lot of little shops just off the park, so this destination meets a lot of different needs..

Free and beautiful on a nice day. It's a great opportunity for panoramic pictures of the city. It has a very safe neighborhood feel, at least during the day.

The cannons are aimed downtown Baltimore. The first shots of the Civil War happened downtown Baltimore when Southern loyalists did not want Yankee soldiers marching through Baltimore.

Federal Hill Park has great views of the harbor and the city. High on a hill, be sure to take your walking shoes. no high heels here. Lots of cannons.

The view is magnificent, but the history is better. Consider how posting the cannon on the hill early in the Civil War convinced the mayor and city council to stay with in the Union. Graet play by General Butler!
