Are tours available to the genital pubic? No. It is not a service they offer. But you can glare at the pretty sign from across the water and fume.

I don't even know why this is on TripAdvisor? Who wants to go see a dirty, stinky, polluting plant? The only nice thing about this plant is the neon sign that makes our skyline unique.

No tour available, no reason to go there. Don't know why we have listed this under tours or attractions, it is not an attraction.
