I have lived in downtown Baltimore since 1980. When the boats showed up until now.... the best activity in the city. If you have not participated i n this event, you are missing a great time.

Life vests are required. They are not cleaning the covers and they are sweaty and dirty. The dragon boats are cute. but difficult to paddle forward at times. Not cheap. $10 per person.
