What a great ballpark!
Sep 2021
Lots of food choices, lot of team stores, and the childrens' play area was open. Easy to get to and from I-95, easy parking. Just a great day overall. Wish we lived closer so we could go more often. Mass transit stops at the ballpark as well. Make sure you stop by a Fan Assistance kiosk (the "store" is closed) for your First Game pin (if it is) and other goodies (unfortunately, they no longer do certificates.) Pledge not to drink and drive for a free fountain soda.

Great place!

Fun, fun, fun. A classic ball park. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants. Saw a nice kiddie area with playground and cute statues. It's a must see.

Not the best team at the moment but definitely a winning stadium even after all these years
Aug 2021 • Friends
Every year Cliff and I do a baseball roadtrip with the goal to see every baseball stadium at least once. Coronavirus has thrown a monkey wrench into our plans the past 2 years and so this year we came to Baltimore for the John Means Business bobblehead game against the Braves even though we've been here before and I guess after our last visit, we took for granted what a nice stadium Camden Yards is. In my opinion, there are nicer stadiums....SF, Seattle, Arizona, Houston come to mind but Camden Yards was one of the first to bring back retro stadiums and others followed suit so you can give Camden Yardd credit for what it is. We got here 2 hours early even though gates didn't open until just 1 hour before game time. So we walked to M & T Bank Stadium where the Ravens play to see the front gate and then walked back to Camden Yards and waited on line for about 30 to 45 mins. The gates opened and we got our John Means bobbleheads. Then we walked around the concourse and the upper deck to get a view from multiple viewpoints. I picked up a couple beers while walking around and we got some sausages from one of the stands. The area behind RF has several statues of notable past Orioles like Cal Ripken, Brooks, Palmer and Eddie Murray. The Eddie Murray one was awesome with his old school porkchop sideburns. Then the game started and the weather was perfect. Matt Harvey was game but ultimately, the Orioles lost. During the course of the game, I walked over to the outfield porch and got a beer from Fancy Clancy and shot the breeze with him for a short while. Fancy Clancy might be one of the coolest vendors in all of sports and he now has his own permanent bar space to run because of Coronavirus. What a cool guy and cool experience to talk to a legend of vending. Getting in and out of the stadium was super easy. Anyone in the NY, NJ, PA, Delaware, DC, Maryland vicinity should come check this stadium out.

Oriole Park, Boogs, et. al.

Oriole Park always a great ballpark to visit. We were in town for a day game as Otani and the Angels were in town.

It was a good experience. We had lunch at the famous Boog's and was not disappointed.

The fans in the stadium were outstanding in every way. You could hear them even out of the stadium as you were walking in. The food is like no other.

Great Visit
Aug 2021 • Couples
We recently visited for a baseball game. We were impressed by how clean the facility was and how friendly all the staff were.

We try to visit at least once every summer and will continue to do so.

Enjoyed It
Aug 2021
Each summer we visit a ballpark with the hope to visit all of then eventually. We have really been enjoying the different traditions at each of the ballparks. The security line was very quick and the stadium personnel were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a hotel directly across the street and we felt very safe on the short walk to the stadium. There is a lot of sunshine in this ballpark so if you burn easily, you may want to look for covered seats or attend a night game.

Great Ballfield

Live in Pittsburgh, so we're used to a great stadium at PNC Park. PNC Park shuts down the adjacent outdoo road, which gives the outdoor casual feel before entering the park. This design was great because the "city" is built inside the park.

One of the best ballparks in MLB - Still has its charm over the years
Jul 2021
This was first time to ballpark in some years, went to catch the Nationals game, driving up from VA. The ballpark still retains its charm and character after all these years. Great views from any seat location, enjoyed walking around the park and of course like the Eutaw Street promenade. Had to try Boog's BBQ, it was over priced but it was good.

Great Ballpark, loyal fans!
Jul 2021
Stopped as part of our ballpark trip. Beautiful park. Really enjoyed Eutaw street and the food vendors. Tried the Chesapeake fries, awesome! Orioles aren't doing very well right now, but you can't tell with the fans. Not a full ballpark but the fans there let you know how they feel. Overall I think this a great park to catch a game. I do hope the reopen Dempsey's. I was really looking forward to eating there. Maybe next time. We will be back at some point.
