Ever since I moved to Maryland, I have been wanting to visit this aquarium because I've never been to one. We went here on a Friday evening when prices were reduced. At around $20, it would be harder to justify paying the higher prices. We spent around three hours here. There was one rude staffer. My husband thought it was... More

The National Aquarium is so large that one can spend all day here easily. NO strollers, prams, Kinderwagen are allowed into the aquarium, which is a bit challenging for parents with little babies. They have a carrier to loan, but probably should bring your own. Also better to bring a picnic lunch or find something at a restaurant outside (they... More

We came at around 7:30 in the evening. Last dolphins show was at 6:30 but you may see them via glass window, as well as a coral reef with sharks and other tropical sea creatures. Australia pavilion closes at 8:30 and a gift store at around the same time. Big tropical atrium probably will have great views during day, but... More

I can't believe that we spent 4 hours wandering around this attraction!! It was absolutely mesmerising. I guess that the time of year helped as there were few visitors and so we had a clear view of all the marine life (despite the school parties running around excitedly!!). We watched the scuba divers feeding the turtles underwater; the beautiful antics... More

We have a family membership here and go pretty often. I enjoy the ocean, am an avid scuba diver, and just never bored with the happenings at the aquarium. If there is any negative aspect, I would say that the crowds on the weekend can get pretty crazy and make things tough when you're lugging a 5 year and 2... More

One of the most impressive aquariums i have been to. I loved their collection of jellyfish and of course the huge Blue Wonders section with all the different sharks.

This place was nice and did have a lot to see. I went here today (12/4/2016) for the Dollar Days event which was extremely crowded. We waited in the line that stretched all the way around the building. Took an hour and a half to get up to the buy our tickets but I guess that is expected on this... More

We enjoyed a lot the aquarium, it is a nice indoor activity, we enjoyed seeing different kinds of sea creatures and aquarium setup. As we enjoyed the 4D show. But the Dolphin show was more informative about dolphins than a real dolphin show, so we were disappointed about it since we expected to see a nice dolphin show. Kids will... More
