You will love the beer! Especially if you are a stout or IPA drinker. The new IPA session beer coming out (available only in the tasting room) is awesome! Low alcohol %. Also, both the Vortex and the optimist are excellent IPAs as well. There is a lot to choose from. The service and food were excellent as well! Highly... More

We were driving through and stopped here for lunch. What a fantastic surprise! They had numerous beers on tap in the restaurant and even more in the brewery. All the beers I tried here were really great. The bartender was friendly and chatted about beer with me for a while. The food was good, though it wasn't the best food... More

My wife and I stopped by for lunch and beverage as this was walking distance from the Norblad hotel we were staying at. The food and beverage was good but nothing jumped out at as and screamed, I’m coming back here tomorrow. The experience was more like, we will be back next time. The staff was very friendly and service... More

Quickly seated attentive servers and absolutely delicious brews. I didn't know exactly what to get beer wise I gave the server and idea of what I wanted brought me two samples I what he had thought I would like both great!! Working girl porter was the winner. There is a downstairs with traditional pub food and upstairs with more diverse... More

Good beer, good service and great burgers. We were staying at the Elliott and went there twice for a late lunch.

We were in Astoria on a super busy weekend to see the Maritime Museum and had bypassed the famed fish and chip cart because the line was too long. Two blocks further, we came across the Fort George and though they were packed, the wait wasn't bad for tables. We told the concierge we were fine with the bar and... More

Stopped in here based on other reviews and people were right! This place was really neat. Two floors with great big windows letting a ton of natural light in as well as outdoor seating. Every employee we encountered was friendly and warm. We tried the pulled BBQ pork & pineapple pizza - delicious!

We love stopping at Ft George on our way to the beach. When the weather is good, sitting outside on the patio is good. Otherwise, sitting upstairs with a great view of the Columbia is second best. The wood fired pizzas they serve upstairs are very good. The beer selection is phenomenal. Ask for a sampler to try a wee... More
