My son loves the swing sets for kids here. We have been to a few parties here and you can reserve the picnic areas. It's a great area to let kids play in. There is also a dock that you can go out on. Great place to see the sunset. There are also some trails and a public boat ramp... More

I've been a frequent guest of the park for may years. Living nearby I have taken advantage of the boat ramp since it's opening. I took our dog's for walks and my son to the playground since he was a baby. He is now in college. There are plusses and negatives about the park, but overall it's reliably a decent... More

This lovely little park is tucked out of the way and mostly a shaded walkway, wide concrete paths and wooden walk ways. We didn't see any manatees but signs (and others we met there) indicate that manatee sightings are a possibility. This is a great place to run, or stroll along.

Great park with plenty of area to walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The park has an intimate feel at dusk, which is fantastic. Also very family friendly.

Pass you may not be good enough to enjoy the park with its tennis minivan driving mom morons. Go somewhere else. Just a bunch of snobby snitches!

My family and I frequent this great Jacksonville park! The swingset is top notch and walking out on the pier/dock onto/into Julington Creek is very romantic if you are with the right person! Would go back everynight to watch the summer sunsets.

We recently took our family to Mandarin Park and were quite impressed with what it had to offer. They have 2 nice playgrounds which were good for all ages. They have a toddler one for the younger ones, too. It's well shaded and there are bathrooms on site and picnic tables to have lunch or a get together. The best... More

It was a beautiful day to be outside. My husband and I decided to visit the park. There are blooming Azaleas, Magnolia, Pine, Cypress trees and shady Oak trees lining the walking paths and decks that lead to the river.

My husband and I took our two dogs to enjoy the weather at this local park just minutes from our house. While there, we crossed paths with a woman who made snide comments regarding our dogs trying to eat "her" cats (we were nowhere near any other animals at the time) After we started looking, we realized that this woman...
